It’s the only McDonald near me.. Everytime I order from doordash, Im always missing something. Sometimes missing more than just 1 item. I’ve went in to order before too. And they still missed some of my stuff ♂️ I just kinda wish they would double check everything thoroughly. I understand that everyone is busy but it doesn’t hurt to just double checking if everything on the list is in the bag.

The wait is always long for me, food wasn’t hot, handed me wrong drinks I told them what I ordered and they insisted I ordered wrong I only drink one kind of pop so not likely, and my fries were up side down and dumped all over bag. Idk if it was them not caring or petty cause I corrected my drink order either way just disappointed as for this ain’t the first time either.

I ordered from the app to get the $5 mcdouble meal deal ahead of time. I arrive to an empty, clean dining room and still had to wait about 15 minutes for my food to be ready. I eventually receive it, and they gave me a custom mcdouble instead of the default. I did not see a single person near the cash register the entire time I was there. I tried to get the kitchen’s attention for 5 minutes to replace this burger, but eventually gave up.
Will not go to this McDonald’s location again.

Honestly not the type of guy to write reviews or talk bad about things. But today, I went through the drive through in a blue bmw on Wednesday around 1pm and was the girl over the microphone was insanely rude right off the bat. Didn’t think much of it because she probably anlready hates her life. But I continued to order my food…paid for it and the girls there were snotty and gave me the completely wrong food…there was nobody else in the line. (Didn’t realize until I drove all the way back home) Unbelievable….

My Order was received/paid at the drive through window. Patiently waiting. During my 25 mins of waiting. I heard screaming back and forth from two employees. Saw one was not wearing uniform beyond the pick up window. Finally shouted hey!!! As I seen an employee walk by. As he opened the window he said we are closed. I Asked for my food or a refund. Did not answer me and locked the window. I have paid for food but received nothing but unprofessionalism + no food

Ordering was a nightmare. All I wanted was a medium soda. The kiosk, after I went through all the keystrokes of telling him I don’t want anything more than a soda just on a soda it asked me for a table number and I keyed my table number which was table 236. It told me I had to enter a table between 1 and 120. So it wouldn’t let me move forward. Then I had to summon someone from the kitchen to take my order and that person did not know how so they had to get the manager to help me order a soda. Never going back again to a McDonald’s anywhere! What a waste of time! Oh, and let’s not forget that medium glass of pop cost me $2.02 ridiculous! Cost them probably 2 cents for the pop and another $0.02 for the glass.

Dirty restaurant and we waited 30 minutes for cheeseburgers. Awful. And the manager could not have been more rude. I know it’s McDonald’s so expectations should be low but they somehow exceeded those low expectations.

First of we ordered extra fries not apples and we got apples instead we also asked for a specific toy and they gave us a random monster toy.. and we ordered sprite and got sparkling water no taste just sparkling water please never go here there service was absolutely awful they got nothing right about are ordering I’m confused how anyone can give them more then one star and we asked for a plain cheeseburger with just cheese and meat that’s it well they put pickles and ketchup on it as well. You should totally come here if you hate yourself
