Visited this McDonald’s recently, and the experiences here with my food were so nonchalant that the workers don’t greet they are just there. I can’t remember 1 memorable moment. My food also matched the worker energy bc it was soooo bland, dry, nasty but fresh I was not expecting that at all bc you can’t mess up a Big Mac order it’s too easy however I was disgusting x10

As someone who’s worked in fast food, I have a soft spot for judgement for anyone in this line of work. But at one point you have to say something. I’ve given this McDonald’s chance after chance, and it just seems pointless to keep going back. If it’s not your drink being completely flat/out of syrup, missing food, wrong food, out of food you preordered, or fries with literally no salt, it’s lines that will have you waiting 30 mins, have nobody answering their phone, and completely careless workers handling everything. I hope they get they help they need.

I stopped at this place at 230 in the morning for two double cheeseburgers and a large 10 piece nugget meal. What I got instead was a 6 nuggets and a half filled fry box. I’ll take the mistake of not checking the bag before leaving but I feel as if at that time then there shouldn’t be a problem. In a rush, I would understand and it wouldn’t be a problem. But this is ridiculous. I tried calling multiple times and no one answered the phone. Don’t recommend at all. Go to whataburger. I should have.

Went through drive-thru and waited for someone to answer the intercom. They answered and never said anything else. Then had to drive to windows. And still took almost 30 minutes just to get my meal. Visiting time was 5.45am.

I ordered a McDouble , Large Coke , and small fry . Took forever to receive food on top of that as I’m driving I reach in the bag to get my hamburger out as I picked it up about to talk a bite I noticed a piece of French fry sticking to the bun which is weird because I haven’t even touched my fries yet . Why is there a fry on my burger did you give me something that you gave to a customer really gross lost my appetite.

The new Crispy chicken sandwich is awful. Tastes more like fish and is rather soggy. Fries had no salt. Drinks are good and cold and drive through ran smoothly. Overall its okay.
