Very disappointed on today’s visit. Got my food. They forgot the cheese for for granddaughters pretzel. Had to go back. No big deal. The girl said they’d have it right out. I wait for 10 min for a cup of cheese. I had to push the button to see why it was taking so long.The girl didn’t know what I was talking about. Finally they brought the cheese with attitude. Got home my food was cold. Horrible service!

The staff was very upbeat and friendly even in the midst of the lunch rush. As far as Sonic’s go the service was definitely above average. The food quality is what you except from a sonic.

The food was ehh but the food was stuffed in a bag and was breaking asked for a bigger bag .. also the medium chill tots were not in a bag and when I ask it took a few times just to get what we needed. We got the wrong size straws.. ordered medium onion rings and got a few onion rings .. the area could be cleaner .. when some is playing there system really load no one seemed to care .. you should never have to keep asking any establishment to pack there food correctly..

The north university location needs more training. Chicken strips were way overcooked. Not the first time. No gravy. Barely edible.
