I got an order of onion rings and a root beer. The communication at the drive trough was bad. There was an echo or something but I got my food and the onion rings were HOT. And fresh!

I come here 2 times a week get the same thing, usually just suck it up when there is something wrong. This time we got 2 large chunks and we just enough chicken in both cups to barely fill one. We left the drive through and turned around, went in, was accused of eating the food that was missing, although it had been less then 3 minutes since we were given the food!! Spent 30$ maybe got 10$ worth of food, manager was extremely rude about it. Will be driving to a different happy daz for our itch!!

When I walked into the store today, Terrance was taking food to a couple at a table and I was watching while I waited for him to return to the counter. This young man was so pleasant with the guests. He then came to wait on me and while doing so was taking care of customers on his headset as well. He has OUTSTANDING customer service and should be commended for it.

Ordered footlong coney combo. The hotdog overcooked dried out couldn’t cut with a fork.Asked to speak to the manager who was working in the kitchen, making the food. Showed her my food and tried cutting Hotdog in front of her so she could see how overcooked it was. She told me it was cooked on a 2??? Like telling me that explained why my meal was crap….I wasn’t refunded my money although my meal couldn’t be consumed. We go there all the time and never had problems until she prepared the food. Cashier stated another customer complained about their hotdog, too. We haven’t been back since.

Happy Daz has the best milkshakes, and my raspberry shake was as tastey as ever! My fried pickle chips were yummy. Service was great, and the dining room’s already decorated all cute for Valentine’s Day!

This place has completely gone bonkers with their prices! $41 for a family of 3 to eat? A 5 pc chicken tender is $10.44?? Insane! Then after getting home, the chicken is not even cooked! Had to throw it away. And $5 for a shredded chicken sandwich? And the jumbo fish sandwich is $2 more than before, yet you took away a piece of fish on it? Definitely lost our business for good! Ridiculous. You should be ashamed of yourselves
