I’m not sure if the employees at this location or even capable of getting an order right. If they don’t get the type wrong like giving you iced instead of hot, then they get the flavor wrong, the amount of shots wrong, or the size wrong. This will even happen when we use the app so the employees both don’t know how to read or listen doesn’t matter which way you order it. Save yourself some time and stress and just go down to Moores. They also have boba drinks there.

My wife and I visit scooters locations all over Iowa. This location is among our favorites. We really enjoy the level of care that Victoria takes to ensure different low sugar options as I’m diabetic. Her mind is really well balanced as far as her product knowledge and creativity.

I ordered a coffee, sandwich and oatmeal. I checked the oatmeal before I left. It was very watery and I asked about the fruit that was supposed to be on it. There were four ladies working. What I assume was the manager, was sitting down eating and one was focused on her phone. Not a single person knew where the fruit was. I was handed a packet of crushed almonds (as if I wasn’t going to notice) just to get me out of their hair. Do not recommend.

The espresso (in an americano) was super sour. The most sour/acidic espresso I’ve had. I threw it away.
That’s what my rating is based on but other notes:
It’s a drive through so don’t expect seating.
One employee was super pleasant, the other was not.

The caramel muffin was fantastic, the coffee tasted pretty good, but I always get a double shot of espresso in my latte and it doesn’t have ANY kick. It’s pointless to me if I doesn’t wake me up.
