For the last 20+ years I’ve been getting little cesars this is by far the worst I’ve ever had. Pizza did not taste normal and I ordered crazy bread with sauce they gave me the cup with only a quarter of the sauce they normally get filled with and when I asked for another cup with more in it I was told they cant give me another one because they get filled by their manager and that all they put in them.
No other location does that.
When I got to home with my order to eat the sauce was bubbly and you can taste that it started to fermente. They didn’t even kept it in the fridge cuz it wasn’t cold. I took it cuz I figured they probably just made it.
Do yourself a favor and go to another location and spend your money elsewhere.

I placed an order for a deep dish. My sister comes home with the pizza in a small box and she told me they told her that the deep dish is in there. I looked at my other food – hella seasoning on the breadsticks and the other pizzas are cut up like they got slaughtered in the back. Tried calling, sat 30 min on the phone and they hung up. I should get a refund for what I paid. It’s ridiculous. I’m suprised these guys aren’t out of business for their poor quality.

I ordered a pretzel pizza and received Pizza Dough with melted mozzarella and pepperoni. an everything was cold and it took over an hour for my order. this place is ran by teenagers with no supervision smh .

Bought pizza and breadsticks had to wait for breadsticks to come out of the oven. They were super thin in the middle and rock hard you couldn’t eat them. My pizza burnt in the middle and I didn’t notice till we got home.

I ordered pepperoni & cheese crazy puffs tonight at 10:30pm. When i got home and opened it up this is what they gave me!! i don’t know what is this or who the cook is, but i’ve never had crazy puffs like this. it’s literally NO sauce at all in these fresh puffs or is isn’t made right. it’s not stuffed with cheese or pepperoni or any sauce. , they literally made some bread and put cheese and pepperoni on top of it. i couldn’t even eat it, i threw it straight in the trash!!! i couldn’t even take it back tonight for a refund because they are closed now!

The drive-through sign was broken. There was no response from the microphone, people kept walking by seeing me sitting there in the window and not really responding or acknowledging the fact that I was there since I drove up to the window to make sure that I could pick up my food. Waited at least 10 minutes.
That being said that young lady who did finally acknowledge me was really sweet. The food was great.

Stay away!!!! I wish I read the reviews before ordering. I did an order for pickup via drive thru. Got to the speaker, told the staff the name and order number. Got to the window, and he’s going to ask us what did we want to order. Had to remind him that we just spoke to him seconds ago. Finally Got our order, which was 3 pizza 2 pop and wings. Went home, realize we didn’t get the wing order. Let’s just say, they DO NOT have a working phone line. Everything is robotic. Was put on hold for 30 mins…not one person came on. If you hang up and call back, they track your number, so you get put right back in line. The machine will keep you on the phone for nothing. Had to hang up and call my bank to dispute the charge for the wings. Oh and the pizza was so thin, all the topping was literally on the box. There’s hardly any bread in the middle of the pizza. I’m surprised they’re still in business.

Made an order on mobile for in store pick up. Arrived and they locked the doors and forced everyone to go through drive thru. If I wanted drive thru I would have picked that but I didn’t have time to sit an hour long line. Called the store to try to cancel order but was on hold for 10+ minutes, still nothing. Left and the order was marked complete when it was never picked up and now I haven’t gotten a refund. So if you want the worst experience go to this location. I now drive double the distance and go to a better pizza place.

Either the drive thru is closed or the lobby is closed always. I passed by yesterday and there were people trying to get into a locked dark lobby. The workers are rude children with no real leadership. They’ll leave you at the speaker box and ignore you for 10 minutes and then if you get someone they’re super rude. It honestly defeats the whole purpose of the hot n ready concept if I’m waiting in my car for 40 minutes. It’s sad because when this location first opened it was great. Now you might as well shut it down. Corporate needs to overhaul this location. Spend the extra dollar and go to the new Dominos down the street it’s much better service.
