Same thing that happened 2 months ago happened again. Tried to give the place a second shot. Sat in the drive thru behind a car for Uber ten minutes, and the lady in front still hadn’t placed an order. They only take ONE ORDER AT A TIME HERE. This place a DESPERATE needs new management, or just be shut down all together. Not wasting my time going back. Ever. This place has been steadily going down hill for quite some time. Now it just needs to be shuttered and being in a place that will actually SERVE the customers. Also, a place that won’t close down 2.5 hours before they claim to close. Thought about going late night a couple of times but they shut everything down hours before they advertise. What a horribly run place.

Lady on the phone was EXTREMELY rude after getting my order wrong, and I wasn’t coming back after working 13 hours. I did curse some but I didn’t curse her AT ALL! It’s just how I talk. She told me I could come to
get my correct order when I stopped cursing her which I never did!!! They never should’ve got my order wrong because subways and jacks gets all the business and they stay dead. I know I shouldn’t curse at all but if it’s not directed towards you DO NOT accuse me of cursing you when I am not after you just finished messing up my order I paid $41 for. I WILL NOT BE BACK! I will be happy when yall finally shut down.

4/9/24 UPDATE- I tried using the app to order my food today and ordered when a different shift of workers were working. This worked well. The food was ready in 5 minutes and very good.
3/24/24 – This restaurant has really gone downhill. My wife wanted Arby’sclassic sandwich today, so I went through the drive thru. Ordered 4 roast beef sandwiches, fries, and Jalapeño bites. I was the 3rd of 3 cars in line. After I ordered it took over 30 minutes to get my food. I asked the girl at the window if they had some problem, and she said they just had a lot of people inside. I looked inside, and there were a lot of people, but no one was at any tables. They were all waiting for their orders, too. My sandwiches were cold, so they weren’t fixed fresh. This is the worst eating place in Fort Payne..

I just came through around 12:30pm, and you should really greet the customers in the drive through. I just started ordering, and to my amazement someone actually took my order fast (like they were waiting), not everyone is going to do that. I watched 3 pissed off cars behind me drive off because they weren’t greeted, and didn’t know to “just order”. Considering it was the lunch rush and just a fast food restaurant in general- you would expect to be greeted.

Don’t go here! These people won’t take your order; no clean restrooms (ladies’ toilet bowl was disgusting!) Apparently they don’t believe in cleaning anything, as it was obvious from the trash bins overflowing with garbage at a time when lunch rush was over, so there was no excuse to not get served at this restaurant. Since I never reward bad service, I took my appetite & my wallet to Fazoli’s behind Arby’s!

The drive thru is pitiful. Very slow have waited in line to find out they were out of what intended to order. They should close drive thru.
I changed my review today. There has finally been a management change. The manager came around talking to the customers. He realizes there is an opportunity to improve the service at this store. He seems to care and this is very refreshing. Had one person on the inside customer line. She was taking and filling the orders. She did a very good job. She was running herself to death. There needs to be at least two taking and feeling the orders for the ones who want to get out of their cars to enjoy a meal. The new manager is aware of the need for more help during the busiest times. I will come back and eat here.

Worst food ever! Hot ham and cheese, out of cheese???? They did use a different cheese?? Ham refrigerator temperature. Nothing hot about it! Fries cold and hard! They have never heard of an Arby Q? We did not eat our food we wasted our money. Manager left. Shame on you Arby’s!! DO NOT EAT HERE!
