The rating I gave with this is solely based on today, but Wendy’s corporation needs to staff more people, especially during peak hours. 4 people is not enough to run a restaurant during busy times. I waited 25 minutes. For a meal that usually takes 5 or 10 minutes. It is not the employee’s fault. They did their best. I blame the corporates that is running these fast food. Places. Trying to cut corners and save money is actually making customers angry.

Disappointed with the new Wendy’s Frosty and the service
I went to Wendy’s after seeing the commercial for the new Frosty, really excited to try it. I went through the drive-thru, but the service was poor from the start. The employee who helped me didn’t greet me, didn’t smile, and seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all.
I ordered the Frosty and some fries. When I asked for the total, she just said I’d get it at the window. When I got the Frosty, it looked like melted ice cream—nothing like what they advertised. I mentioned it, and she called the manager, who explained that the machine was almost empty and they didn’t have vanilla ice cream. They offered to make another one, but it turned out exactly the same—runny and disappointing.
I accepted it hoping it wouldn’t be too bad by the time I got home, but it was a total letdown. On top of that, the fries were burned and looked like the bottom of the batch. It’s a shame that such a big brand invests in great advertising just for the in-store experience to ruin it all.

The customer service when you pull up is horrible. They rush you and sound like they hate their life because you pull up. Sometimes music is blasting in the back, and you can’t hear anything. Usually, just some type of rude. Out of all the times I’ve been here, they rarely ever have the food ready quickly. You most likely have to pull up or wait forever at the windows.

This Wendy’s is TERRIBLE! They never have their act together, they are slow no matter how staffed. The food is fresh MAYBE 25% of the time (hence the 2 star review as opposed to 1). I love Wendy’s breakfast and cringe every time I roll the dice on this location (it is closest to my home). On RARE occasions they get it right. Last time I was there, I waited for 10 minutes at the drive through and there was no line. I asked after halfway through “anybody there”, and I received a rude “it’ll be a minute sir”.5 minutes later…same response. 4 minutes later I was in the McDonalds parking lot….hence the picture of the Wendy’s from the McDonald’s drive through. Patronize at your own risk. ***UPDATED** I noticed this location has been closed down by the State Board Of Health.

Ordered four sandwitches all with bacon.The bacon was so under cooked it was un eatable and very gross.This was the worst meal I have ever been served at a public resturant.when I contacted the manager I was told this is how we are doing it now all the bacon comes pre cooked.well I think she was mistaken all the bacon comes pre un cooked.i was refused a full refund or a correctly cooked replacement but was offered two double stack burgers.if I wanted double stack burgers that’s what I would have ordered.
This will be my last meal at wendys,so dissapointed,very pathetic.

Went to this location today with my family. The food was alright. Would of been better if they changed their oil. Every time I give them another chance the employees give an attitude that tells me they want to go through service without serving customers while still collecting a paycheck. Corporate needs to come to this location and figure things out Fast

The manager needs an attitude check and a class in costumer service. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. If there’s not an item and you’re not processing an order, if the costumer wants a receipt give them the receipt without questioning! I don’t care if you’re the manager and you know what you’re talking about, like he stated It’s our money and we want to make shure we have proof to fight for it up higher if needed. Wendy’s has many MANY times in the past “not processed” an order for lack of items, in this case it was a chili and fries, and we’ve still been charged and had have to do a couple calls to costumer service to finally get our money back on our card!

Choose the drive through here instead of the neighboring arches because I wanted a baked potato instead of fries. Then at the ordering station I was informed that they didn’t have any potatoes. I continued with my order only to be held up at the window, then asked to pull forward only to wait for a total of 17 minutes for a sandwich and fries. Then lo and behold no napkins were included.

Only had to wait 20 mins this time for my food, which is pretty good for this location. Idk what it is but this location has got to be one of the slowest in the country. Whether you go in or drive through, you’re gonna be waiting for a while.
