I went here for lunch with a friend.
They were very accommodating and polite. The place was clean and generally quiet. The employees handled a rush with efficiency, in and out of the building. The inside was not very large, but there’s a good use of what space is available.
The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. They also waited for us to finish our meal before they brought out our ice cream (which they asked about before we made it all the way to the counter). How attentive.
Luckily, we did not have to use the restroom as there was no customer restroom in sight from what we could tell.

Stopped by because this location was closeby for free cone day! Service was exceptional, even with a super full drive thru. All the employees were polite and helpful. Got my cone and some chicken strips and fries on the 2 for $5, and it was quick and delicious!

The young man at the cashier was nice that took the order.what I didn’t like the young lady that was on the other register that was taking the pull up orders, how she went to prepare the food in the bag, with no gloves on, that’s not sanitary

Customer service is severely lacking. They also try their best to give you the fewest number of fries possible lol. I have no idea why.

On Saturday 08/02 i went into Dairy Queen on my lunch break. There was a Caucasian woman who appears to be the manager, I told her i had a mobile order. She went into the refrigerator and instead of giving me my food while my hands were out she placed it on top of the trashcan. I ask for a refund but had to call customer service because it was a mobile order. I did so and talked to Amanda. She wasn’t apologetic at all and didn’t show any sympathy about my experience. I’m honestly digested with Dairy Queen which is one of my favorite spots to get ice cream from.

too focused on making the chicken strip boxes look cute and not making sure there’s enough tenders or the gravy in there. If I wanted to eat dry ahh chicken tenders, I would put some in the air fryer at home. this isn’t a presentation restaurant it’s fast food come on people get the orders right You literally get paid to do one thing

I’ve always had a great experience here. The employees recognize me at this point and have always been extremely kind and attentive. I’ve never seen anything negative from this DQ other than fries being a little cold once or twice but otherwise great service.

The Dairy Queen food is always good, reliable, no surprises there.
My roommates and I had three separate orders so of course I went in to get them. This Dairy Queen is ALWAYS busy. When I walked in, the tall male cashier greeted me, politely asked me to wait just a moment, and then ran off to do something.
A female cashier came over not a few seconds later and immediately helped me. She got all three of my food bags, she also consolidated all of my blizzard bags for me, and (unprompted) got me a new coke because she said the other one was sitting too long. She also grabbed me some extra ketchup and BBQ sauce too! She’s an S tier employee!
The tall male cashier also came back while she was doing stuff and asked what I needed. While I was already being helped, it was still super nice that he offered!
Great food, greater service. Highly recommend coming to this Dairy Queen!
