Went to the Ridgemont with a few friends for some birthday drinks. We were there for 20 min and a guy walks in with a Doberman off leash and was allowed to just roam the bar. After the dog jumped on a few people with no response from the owner it jumped up on me. I asked the owner to please leave the bar with his dog and the owner got aggressive to where another person in the bar had to hold the owner back. The owner did finally leave but we were no longer comfortable so we finished our 1 drink and left. As we were leaving the dog and the owner were right outside the door. I walked by and said please keep your dog away from me. The owner got aggressive and told his dog to “get him” and the dog started growling and walking towards me. Owner then said heal and it came back. Owner then said it was a service animal (no vest or anything to show that) and that it would attack me if needed. This is not acceptable for any public establishment.

This is by far the best bar in town. They have a lot of fun games and events, plus top of the line staff. This bar is equipped with four pool tables, two dart boards, three slot games, plus a jute box and golf game for your entertainment. They have an ATM that gives you cash as well. The Ridgemont features fun events constantly such as karaoke on Tuesday nights and triva on Wednesday nights. They also host a bunch of other, more specific events such as raffles and giveaways. The staff and even the owners at this establishment are extremely professional and personable. The bartenders are too wonderful to name them all. They are hands down the best bar staff in the city. Lovely conversations, but they aren’t afraid of a big rush. They serve some great food as well! I love their Italian sausage sandwiches, but they also have wonderful pizza, maid rites, and hot dogs! I would recommend coming here if you want to have a great time with fantastic service and affordable drink specials!

The service here is some of the best. A lot of friendly ‘regulars’. They have either 5 or 6 pool tables. Plenty of seating and some really great drinks, also! It’s seems to have just a positive vibe all the way around. I will absolutely be back very soon!!

Looking for a night out without going downtown or west Glenn? This is the place. Karaoke on Tuesday, trivia on Wednesday. Lots of regulars including myself. We don’t bite and love a good time. Unlike other places, you won’t get weird looks for being new here. 4 Pool tables, 2 dart boards, 3 slot machines with Ridgemont tickets (each worth a dollar at the bar). It’s a good sized place so you can find your own area or chat with a new friend. I’m an honest guy, worst thing about this place is the urbandale and Windsor heights cops linger because they smell a good time. Just get a ride if you have too much fun.
