Came here for lunch . Service was quick. Our server was friendly and delightful. The steak Fajitas were VERY TENDER. The Atkins Plate was unexpected. Hoped the cheese would come out flaming.

Our experience and food was a 10/10! Our server was an older gentleman with a crisp white button down shirt with black suspenders and he was top tier, best of the best! I got the Susu’s enchiladas and they were superb! My husband’s burrito was excellent as well! It’s hard to find excellent service and excellent food all in one but Rolando’s of Fort Smith delivered! Thanks so much for an excellent dining experience!

Tried this place after many great reviews and I will say it was good. Great location walking distance from our hotel. The service was excellent didn’t have to wait long at all. Our server was very good and friendly. The food was good very different I might add. I just did not get the hype of the queso flamado at all. It was literally a chunk of cheese that I had to use a knife to cut literally broke all chips. The salsa for me was the saving grace with very fresh ingredients and great flavor. The huge burrito was mostly rice but was very flavorful. I would go back to try other menu items for sure.

We hadn’t been to Ft. Smith in a while and were thrilled to get back to Rolando’s! We started with the guacamole, queso blanco, and house margaritas. I had the Cubano plate with pork, and it was as good as it looked! The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere is great for families, dates, and large groups.

Quaint and cozy atmosphere. Food is absolutely delicious, with the exception of the queso flamado. We tried this for the experience, but the cheese was so thick it was difficult to get out of the bowl they brought it in.
