Waited 10 minutes to be told that they couldn’t even take my order for another 15 minutes. This happened at 8:30 on February 14th. I don’t blame this on the employees. I would blame this on management and ownership. They were about half full from reading the rest of the reviews, this seems to be a common issue. Corporate should deal with this because it is tarnishing the product name

Ordered multiple times on the app up to 7 minutes ahead of time and they only start making my food as I check in, despite the app saying the food will be ready by the time I get there. On top of that they have food ready for multiple people that come in after me before my food comes out. This time alone I waited 25 minutes after checking in and we still haven’t gotten our food. If you want FAST food, don’t bother here.

I was judged for my order. But not in a bad way. I don’t really understand why everyone is over-accommodating for online ordering. I ended up here by accident and decided to pull in and grab a bite but almost didn’t get a spot to park where I could order because so many spots are now online only or park and eat. Well park and eat I guess is only if you’ve ordered online and picked up your food already. Seems like an afterthought. You could still have the menus and let people park and eat there too, or give them a stall number and let people order from their phones on the spot. Bad planning. The food, since that’s what we’re here for, was fine. Everything was prepared accordingly. Seemed clean and friendly overall.

I am a Dasher and the longer I wait on food the less likely tips are and the lower rating I get. This is the second time I have been stuck at a Sonic over 30 minutes waiting on an order. I will make $5 this hour as a result. Other Sonic customers who arrived after me have all been served before my DoorDasher’s order which was placed about an hour ago.

The worst customer service. I asked for easy on the condiments and this is what you give me on the remake! This was worse than the first one prepared. I get home and I call again about my order not being prepared correctly and I was told “Boy, I don’t care”. I went to Sonic the next day to ask who the manager was I spoke to on the phone and……. Watch video. David, if you oversee this store you need to terminate this GIRL immediately and hire a grown woman. I will be disputing the transaction and getting a full refund. Who else has experienced problems at this store?

Absolutely disgusting. The quality of food here is just horrible. My hot dog was discolored and looked extremely old. My chicken sandwich was smushed, hard, dry. The popcorn chicken was hard and old. The food quality here is just the worst. They need new management. I will NEVER come here again.

I gave my order at the panel had several things as for me and the wife she got the cheesy bacon sonic stack and I ordered the super sonic bacon cheeseburger order came out in a appropriate amount of time I opened my burger and there wasn’t any bacon on my bacon burger so I hit the button and reminded Sam what I ordered and then told him my bacon burger had no bacon so he said that was not acceptable and told me he would have another one out as soon as possible it came out and I seen the bacon on it so that was good but beyond that the burger was hot where it should be hot and cool where it should be cool lettuce and tomatoes were cool and crisp and the meat was hot best burger I have had from a sonic in a very long time Sam on the mic was very understanding and made it beyond right thank you Sam you deserve a raise

Bruh I love it here. This is definitely one of my favorite places to eat. It’s not only the food but the people that work there. They are awesome and the amount of memories u make here is amazing. You can really tell who a person is depending on what they order its awesome.
