There was less than a teaspoon of beef in my 2 crunchwraps and literally 1 piece of chicken in both of my quesadillas. It was insanely bad and the quesadillas were cold. The wait in line for 2 cars ahead of us was 25 minutes.

I used an online order inside the app it was my very first time they had a great family bundle or an online bundle for dinner for 2. I drove through used my name at the drive-thru and it was already prepaid online all I had to do was pick it up at the next window it is very simple no confusion my food was a larger order so it made it easy and ready when I arrived.

Went through the drive through, ordered 3 items, a cantina chicken quesadilla, a cantina chicken hard shell taco and a crispy chicken burrito…. Got nothing of what we ordered, the food we did get, tasted like it was a week old. Chicken dry and cold, quesdilla(regular) nothing inside, and a crispy chicken taco, where the chicken was so old and cold that we thought it was a day old…. Very bad expierence

Absolutely horrible, ordered food with paid modifiers that was not added to my food I was also missing food items from my order food was cold didn’t receive no bag no sauce food came severely damaged like whoever wrapped my food was wrestling it for dear life and chalupa shell was burnt and old do not Uber eats here unless you want to pay money to be disappointed and damaged food was not Uber drivers fault she had a extra large yeti cooler to transport orders

Had great service and by far one of the cleanest restaurants I have been to in a while. Came in the afternoon and was surprised that no one was inside. Has this pandemic scared people to not venture inside to eat? I don’t know but I came in and had a pleasant experience. The manage was very professional and polite. Would recommend here if you wanted a quick bite. Good job y’all!:)

Gave this location another shot and used the app to order. Arrived and almost received the wrong order, then did t get all of our order. Went back through and got the missing Mexican pizza. No apology just a grunt and a bag shoved our way. Here is the state of the pizza we had to go back for. Can you at least try to care a little bit? Does ownership review these? Do better.

Everytime I come to this Taco Bell it takes 15-20 minutes if not longer to make it completely through the drive thru, and it ain’t even busy. There’s multiple cars pulling out of the drive thru from how long they take to service anyone. 25 minutes for 12 regular tacos and 2 drinks this time around.
