The place is always dirty, every time I go there the food is old. This was my first time going to this location in a whilleeee because it was always kinda bad but whatever. I decided to get a pickup order here since I was in the area and when I got home, I opened my bowl to find a giant slab of pure gelatinous pork fat instead of carnitas. Ew. The poor service while I was there makes me think they did this on purpose because no WAY you don’t see that you’re putting this monstrosity into the bowl. Very disappointing and honestly just gross

I generally don’t leave reviews. But avoid this location at all costs. Don’t get me wrong, it is a beautiful Chipotle. However the staff, the portions, and the preparation of their food always miss the mark. And its not like we haven’t tried a few times. Maybe the employees were off, or maybe Chipotle got delivered grey guacamole’s and it’s not their fault. Or maybe the chip counter wasn’t feeling generous today when he put 1 inch of chips in the bag for Large Chips and Guac. Or how about a burrito that was 4 1/2 x 2 inches. Photo’s attached.

Craziest experience was when employees harassed us for donations. Once at the door when we came in (done in a nice way), then whilst in line (little pushier), and finally again at the register. And when I said, “Okay, you can round up for it.” They said the donation of .47 some odd cents, wasn’t even worth their time. This is at a Chipotle……

Every single time we’ve ever gone to this location they’ve got something wrong. Forgot chips, Forgot Guac. Guac is brown, Chips are burnt or horribly stale. Missing food when ordered online. You name it, they’ve messed it up.

Every employee in here needs to be fired and they need to start over. Go to the Westlake or Lakewood one, or really any other Chipotle in America, but avoid the Center Ridge one like the plague.

This is not an exaggeration, I’m in utter disbelief this location remains open.

If I could give zero stars, I would, this is hands-down, the most unprofessional chipotle I’ve ever been to I’ve seen over double digit workers there and claim they are understaffed and only taking online orders when I’ve seen locations have only two workers and still handling online orders and taking orders from people inside. To having queso clearly been used from the days before sitting out and still being used and running out of food items long before closing hours to the simplest request like pouring the chimichurri sauce on the burrito, which no other location has had a problem with, but yet this one does.

The service is always terrible no matter when you go. Consistently out of various things. The lady at the cash register was literally on her phone with her daughter while ringing is out and was extremely rude. Accused us of not paying for two fountain drinks. It just solidified the fact that I will never go back to that chipotle.

This is the dirtiest Chipotle I have ever been in. You would think different cause the area is nice that doesn’t mean shit. The meat was dry, the toppings mixed together in the containers. The glass that the food sits behind is filthy and greasy. Health Department needs to visit and shut them down.

Staff is extremely rude and has terrible customer service. Asked for vinaigrette 3 times yet they never put it in the bag. You ask them for something and they have an attitude as if it isn’t their job or like you asked for something outrageous. The one girl was on her phone right after finishing with my order. The cashier didn’t speak outside of telling me my total. Also all the drinks were empty and instead of refilling them the staff is on their phone. Definitely choose a different location if you’re thinking about chipotle.

I live not too far from this location and have watched it decline over time. One of the slowest locations I’ve been to and consistently fulfilling orders incorrectly or with the wrong ingredients. Getting a chicken bowl missing the chicken and barely having anything else, two-thirds of the bowl was visible right out of the bag which is a far cry from other locations that mound on the ingredients. I basically paid $8 for a side salad instead of a burrito bowl.

had a catering order and was missing several key items, including the steak, sour cream, and hard shell tacos. Additionally, my pickup time was scheduled for 1:30, but by the time I arrived home and set everything up (around 1:40), the food was already cold. It was clear the order had been sitting out for some time and was not fresh upon pickup.

This was especially disappointing as it was for my son’s baptism party, and the missing items and poor food quality negatively affected the experience for my guests.

My food was ready for pickup when I arrived and the young man that helped me was pleasant and polite. The main dish was good, but I cannot stress enough how gray the guacamole looked. The picture doesn’t do it justice. I tasted it and it seemed alright, but there wasn’t the normal zing it should. This looked like it was sitting in my fridge uncovered for a day and a night. I even scraped away some from the top to see if it was just the top layer. Nope. All the way through it was like this. I did not eat more than that tentative bite. I was there on Thursday, July 11th 2024 around 11:40am. Whoever made the guacamole needs to be sure the avocados are actually good.
