We spent a long lunch and split up 2 entrées. There was a tiny mix up in the size of one of our sandwiches and after being checked on by 2 employees and a manager, we quickly got it all figured out. They were fantastic about helping us figure it all out. The manager was even happy to refill our drinks at the table. That goes a really long way with me, and we really appreciated that.
We both notice almost everything in eateries since we have both worked every aspect of them! The food was fantastic, as always with McAlisters! Fresh and hot. ☆☆☆☆☆
I can’t imagine trying to keep up with all the little handprints that they do with glass partitioned booths. They manage somehow!

Sometimes a mom needs a moment. I enjoyed a few to myself dining in a McAllister’s deli. I had the half French dip, half garden salad and I added a small cup of broccoli chedder soup, a chocolate chip cookie and a large sweet iced tea! A favorite meal. My only complaint is my total was $31… Did I get my money’s worth?

Went to this location for lunch and had the most unpleasant, disgusting experience. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad on my lunch break and one I got to work to consume my meal, I was about to take a bite and just happened to look at my fork and see a high black bug on it. I immediately called the store to let them know what happened and to inform them that I’d be back once off work. I spoke with the manager Pamela on the phone who seemed very concerned and anticipating my arrival. When I made it to the location she was no longer there. I asked for a manager on duty and the guy at the register posed as a manager until the real manager walked up. His name was Juan. Juan did in fact not seem concerned and with no regard told me that “These things happen. We get our salad mixes pre-made in a bag that is shipped to us so we have no control over a bug slipping through”. He was very nonchalant and acted as if he did not care about the situation. It’s sad because I work 3 minutes from this location and frequent it multiple times a week and I will no longer return. Be sure to check your food when ordering considering “Juan says things like this happen.”

Went to the Brownsburg location to place a carry out order and it took 50 minutes to get our order placed and our food with only 6 orders ahead of us in line. We ordered two pick 2s and a sweet tea and it was $24. The sandwiches in our pick 2 were smaller than the container for the cup of soup. Usually, they are twice the size. The meat also had a different, more processed taste. Very disappointing as we have given the chain lots of business through the years. Chicken Tortilla soup was fine. Leery to return for more.

This place seems usually kinda busy, so that’s a good sign. Very friendly staff. This is a comfortable place for a quick bite with friends. Nice atmosphere. The food quality is a little less than Panera. However, you get a bit more for your money. The sandwiches are decent. Lots of deli meat. The salads are ok. I haven’t tried the Spuds (baked potatoes), yet. My friends are on the fence about the coleslaw.

I would give zero stars if possible. 2nd time ordering from McAllister and I will never do it again. The Ultimate Nachos look weak and was missing items. Hope McAllister will do better but I won’t no about it. Sad and pathetic!
