I ordered a French Dip here thinking it would be good. I’ve never had it before at this particular restaurant. I also ordered Churros which tasted stale and horrible to me. So I went inside and asked for a refund or replacement for the Churros first because i tried those first. I figured my sandwich would be good without checking it because how hard is it to mess up a sandwich? So then the person tells me that they usually don’t do those kinds of things there such as refund you or replace items. So here I am thinking wow so I wasted $20-$25 at your restaurant and you can’t even give me a refund for food I didn’t even eat?! Then they said oh well I could give you a mini Cinnabon for the churros being bad. So I took that because they refused to do a refund. When I got home my sandwich meat looked weird as hell. It didn’t taste good either. Why is the roast beef metallic? I threw the whole meal in the garbage. It just didn’t look or taste right.

I come here all the time but I just picked up an online order for my turkey sandwich and it tastes rotten. It’s more like ground turkey than deli meat turkey. I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore.

By far the best sandwiches I have ever had and their pizza was unexpectedly good. Staff was not attentive to lines or soda machine (repeatedly out of diet) or people trying to get attention from the kitchen. Ran out of Schlotzsky Sauce packet but had cups in kitchen out of reach.

This food changed our lives. We went out of our way to make a detour at this glorious establishment, as we have longed for it for the many moons since we departed the plains of Texas.
We arrived, excitedly anticipating our delightful treat– one we had been longing for in the weeks leading up to this fateful night. There was a wait to pick up our order– no matter, as it only served to fuel our excitement at the exquisite banquet we were about to feast on.
The sandwiches? Heavensent. That first bite ascends you to the stars, much like I imagine Christians assume the rapture will be. The pizza? Slapped my tastebuds like your Italian uncle who caught you mispronouncing mozzarella.
The Cinnabons…. Few things can describe the life altering experience of the first bite of those glorious, glazed layers. A small moan escapes your lips as you feel the cinnamon-blasted warmth envelop your mouth in a sticky, succulent haze. Like the warmth you felt as an infant, wrapped in the arms of your loving mother.
That’s what this experience was: a warm hug on an icy, arctic day. We’re better humans for this experience, and we’ll remember it for the remainder of our days.

We have always enjoyed the food at this particular Schlotzkys. It was as wonderful and fresh as always, and we had the pleasure of meeting their new manager Mizia. She was so attentive, kind and helpful. She brought our food and checked on us to see how everything was. Her personality is perfect for her job. She is a great addition and we look forward to returning.

Love this place, especially the loaded baked potato soup, and I always have amazing customer service from drive thru attendants. But whatever that manager that works closing needs to be a lil nicer to her employees, like yes we can hear you being rude to the drive thru attendant when the window is closed

My mother delivers catering for this location, and today I took the risk of asking for a little extra kindness for her today as she is in bed sick like she’s never been before. I ordered via doordash, spoke with the manager, and explained her predicament and she knew exactly who I was talking about. Admittedly, I didn’t ask for anything specific aside from taking extra care of her order. They went above and beyond by upgrading her order from two soups to adding a drink, salad, and a cinnamon roll, as well as a small note to get well soon. Thank you guys so much, this has not gone unnoticed!

Have not had Schlotzsky’s in over 5 years so I had to stop by when I was driving past Gastonia.
Ordered the fiesta chicken sandwich to go.
The guy in the drive thru was very friendly and nice.

We had schlotsksy’s in Indiana but years ago they took them all out and my family was pissed. We love their food and will plan out road trips just to get their food. If you ever get the chance, go. I surprised my sister from Indiana with it when she came to visit. Needless to say, she was pumped!

I’ve never eaten here before and I had no idea how huge the Giant sandwich was! Oh my gosh, haha, it will take me two days to eat it. Not complaining at all! And I absolutely love their bread! It tastes amazing! I will definitely be back because everything was delicious!!
