Don’t normally write reviews of fast food places but I have a minute and am annoyed. I ordered the number 1 – three taco supremes. Easy right? Received two regular tacos with barely a sneeze of meat and like three pieces of lettuce. Fast food is too expensive these days to not get the full food I paid for. How disappointing AVOID STAFF IS RUDE, LAZY AND THEY STEAL BY NOT GIVING YOU A FULL ORDER

This place gets my order wrong… Oh, I’d say 3 out of 4 times. And I’m not exaggerating. I don’t know who runs this place, but they’re straight up bad. Out of soda half the time, I order supreme and I get regular, I order lite sauce and they give me regular (or extra?), I order two 5-layers with no beans and I get one with no beans and one with beans.
I know some people exaggerate things like this, but I’ve lived near this Taco Bell for years – 8 to be exact – and it has always been kinda… Suspect. But seriously, I don’t think it has been in any worse of a condition service wise.
Oh, something to note, this is EXCLUSIVELY a night time issue. During the day? No issues. It’s only at night.

After forgetting part of my order and causing me to have to go inside to get it back (which whatever accidents happen) But I then get home to bite INTO A RECEIPT INSIDE my fricken food… INSIDE THE TACO ?! I don’t know how incompetent you have to be to drop a whole receipt into an order and not even notice… & When I called to notify the staff they all LAUGHED in the background. Feels purposeful… The manager on shift then told me “you’re going to have to come in tomorrow WITH THE TACO” ♀️ Simply negligence… Better check the inside of all of your food the minute you receive it from this location. They clearly have a whole team that’s not the brightest. Let alone intentionally disrespectful. Gross.

The customer service was really very bad. There were 4-5 cars in the drive through and it was a quiet week night. It took me 30 minutes to get through the drive through. When I got to the speaker to order and was greeted I could hear staff in the background cursing terribly with each other. The lobby was closed mind you that’s how I know it was staff. We ordered 9 food items total and the food quality was horrific. Stale tortillas, cold fried potatoes, and everything was extremely underfilled as if it were meant to be a little child’s portion. We’re pretty big fast food people and this was easily the worst fast food facility I’ve been to in the last 25 years.

Shoutout the white male who wears a beanie (Jayme S) at the window. Got an attitude and likes to roll his eyes because him & his team messed up our order three times within 5 minutes. The General Manager needs to reevaluate the customer service skills and workers. It’s not hard to put food in a bag but at this location it is. Placed a mobile order through the Taco Bell app and arrived to pick it up, only to find a sign saying the store was closed for a couple of hours. The app still accepted the order and charged us, so we were understandably confused.
The doors were locked and the drive-thru wasn’t answering, but when someone came to the door I explained the situation and asked for a manager. The manager listened, asked me to hang tight, and a few minutes later personally brought out our order.
I really appreciate how he handled it — calm, professional, and solution-oriented. The situation itself was caused by the app allowing orders during a closure, but the staff made it right without drama.
Because of that, what could have been a frustrating experience ended on a positive note. Credit where it’s due.

Worst fast food experience I have had.
Went through the drive through to pick up an order – incorrect.
Went inside to have the order re-made and the employees are on the edge of physically fighting one another…
After 15-20 minutes someone goes “you’ve been waiting a while… what was your name again?” and then gives us our order.
We get home… Second order is also wrong. Avoid this taco bell.

Worst Taco Bell experience ever! The employees were swearing at each other inside while my husband waited 40 minutes for an online order. All of the food was horrible, cold, sloppy and nothing was labeled. I’m not sure that we got any items that we ordered. And the items we did receive had barely anything inside them. There were several employees ignoring the people at the counter and to boot, when we did get home finally my husband found a hair in his burrito. Threw the food away and went somewhere else. Do not attempt to eat at this Taco Bell! Horrible!

Ordered through the app at around 1 AM for mobile pickup. It was understandably busy but the staff were very rude; ignored multiple customers including my partner and I. So on top of poor service; the order was nowhere near right. We got our drinks and one quesadilla. And boneless nuggets we didn’t order. Ridiculous.

Every single time i order from this location my bag has missing and incorrect items , every single time, the employees are lazy and do not care if your order is complete. It’s crazy to have to drive an extra 15 to go to Bellevue for better service
