We stayed at Embassy hotel. Fridays is where you will sit the hotels free breakfast. We are dinner here too. No complaints. The staff were nice and the food especially the ribs were really good. In there it’s always Fridays, lol!

This restaurant felt depressing and outdated, with old furniture and an unpleasant atmosphere. The food tasted microwaved, overly oily, and far from fresh. Service was poor overall—our waiter had a great personality and was funny when he actually came by, but he disappeared most of the night, and even getting water took forever. Sadly, the few positives couldn’t make up for such a disappointing experience.

I had one of the worst dining experiences at Friday’s Toronto (Niagara Falls). The food was far below expectations — the chicken was extremely dry and tasteless, the shrimp looked nothing like the menu photo, and the artichoke dip had no cheese at all. The picture I took makes the food look good only because of the lighting and angle — in reality, it was one of the most disappointing meals I’ve had. Prices are also very high for such poor quality. Definitely not worth visiting.

I was initially excited to try this restaurant, but was quickly disappointed—primarily due to the steep prices and underwhelming quality. A $30 salad felt excessive, so I opted for the ribs, expecting a worthwhile experience. Unfortunately, the food was overcooked and difficult to enjoy. The portion of coleslaw was extremely small—barely a shot-sized serving—and lacked any flavor. The fries were bland, to the point where I had to add ketchup just to make them palatable.
My wife ordered the spinach dip, which had an appealing presentation but was overwhelmed with herbs and an excessive amount of artichoke hearts, making it hard to enjoy. Despite being seated just a few feet from the bar, we couldn’t even get a water refill. Staff seemed more engaged in conversations about weddings and sports than attending to nearby tables.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience for a $40 meal. While the atmosphere was decent, the food and service left much to be desired.

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. We came here with our kids for dinner and on the kids menu we ordered chicken fingers with fries and kids Mac n cheese. When the server brought their food it was literally Kraft dinner. Like seriously? $12 for a $2 box of Kraft dinner? And it was cold and lousy. The chicken fingers are from Costco as well as the fries. We also got the Cajun chicken and shrimp Alfredo and the fajitas. They were both lousy, mediocre at best. I would never come back here even if it was the last place left to dine at the falls. I really don’t suggest eating here unless you’re okay with this crap.

Very fast service – we didn’t have to wait long at all. The staff are friendly and kind. I don’t understand why the reviews are so negative about this place. The food was delicious, especially the ribs. It’s a little pricey, but the atmosphere is 10/10.

We have our dinner here. Salad is good. A combo of BBQ ribs, fried shrimps and chicken fillet is OK. Ribs are at high quality as expected, while shrimps and chicken I can do without next time. We also ordered ice cream on brownies. This one is a real winner. Overall we are satisfied with food quality, service and atmosphere.

Kid Spaghetti, the pasta is under cook and it’s hard and tasteless.
Fish and Chips:
You got two medium size fried fish and LOTS of fries.
Ribs:
A full rack of ribs and LOTS of fries.
The food itself was so so, worst expectation than any regular chain restaurant.
The fees itself it’s totally unacceptable and is not transparent.
I reason I came to this TGIF because we are staying at the Embassy Suite and they give us a $20 coupon, so we figured mind as well use it. Plus if it not very late and my kids were hungry, I would go else where.
Hope this review helps give you a heads up what to expected and help those who only come to visit Niagara Falls.
Spending $30+ / person, I would rather spent on other fine dining near by with best view and much greater food.
