Everytime I’ve been here it takes at LEAST 30 minutes to get my food. There have been 3 occasions where I actually waited an hour for my food. It seems like their favorite thing to do is to have you pull forward into a spot to get you out of the drive through then they just forget about you. Everytime I have to go inside and ask them if they forgot about me. By the time I have my order taken and wait then get my food I might as well of went to the grocery store then went home and cooked a 5 course meal because that would likely take less time than ordering one meal from this sorry establishment.

We ordered two of the new grinch meals and our order came completely cold and our burgers were made entirely wrong and we got here at 8 pm so ofc we couldn’t go into the lobby for a quicker fix because it was closed, instead we are still sitting in the drive through at 8:45 waiting to speak to someone about fixing our order. 40 MINUTES in the drive through is INSANE and I will never be returning.

They are very rude and refuse to work with you when the app system or they mess up. Ordered on app but they closed early (not shown on the app or online) sat at the curbside pickup for at least five minutes before their early closing time and continued to for about 30 minutes.The app confirmed my order saying I had it, i didn’t. when going through the drive through their only solution for me was to come back in the evening tomorrow to get my refund or food.

Ordered breakfast online at 10:14am, sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, finally get to the window to get my receipt, and they tell me that since it’s passed 10:30 that the order automatically cancels since it’s past cut off. So why even take the order if you’re not going to fulfill it? Y’all wasted close to 30 minutes of our time for nothing.

Sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes, got there well before Breakfast was over. Finally got up to order 2 minutes after 10:30 and couldn’t get breakfast. Guy had 0 personality. If you’re going to make your customer wait in a fast food drive thru forever at least give them what they came for.

We got there at 10:30 and ordered our lunch which came out fairly quick. My son Went back up to the front to pay for an ice cream sundae with his own money at 11:34 AM. It was quite busy so we were patient. Our number finally appeared on the screen and then after that got to the top it went away so we went up to ask about it and the man at the front said it’s not ready yet and walked away. We were going to ask for our money back but we ended up just leaving this was at 12:15 PM.

Went through the drive thru to get a quick dinner, of course the dining room was closed. Person taking our order was very rude. Ordered $32 worth of food, got it home & 2 of our burgers were completely inedible, due to not being cooked. Good thing we waited until we got home to eat instead of eating in our dark car. We would have gotten sick, not being able to see that it wasn’t cooked properly. Will not be back.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s in our town, maybe the country. Can’t answer food questions as never got waited on or acknowledged. Employees complained about orders, manager just said do 1 at a time. Don’t worry about grubhub and don’t take orders? Owner needs to step up and get control. Second time in a week, I will bypass this place and go to any other fastfood places within a few hundred yards.
