I’ve been craving the $6 meal they’ve been advertising and it was DELICIOUS. Plus they got the extras correct. Paid a little more to upgrade to tots & cherry limeade.

On January 16, 2026, I had a really disappointing experience at the Sonic in Saint Charles, MO. I waited at the drive-thru and at the window without anyone responding, while the staff inside seemed more interested in chatting. The employee who should have been wearing the headset wasn’t using it. I ordered a #3 cheeseburger with no mayo, no ketchup, and added mustard. However, the first order I received was completely wrong; I got an Extra Long Cheese Coney and a triple cheeseburger instead. Even after I pointed out the mistake, the second order still wasn’t right, arriving without pickles, without mustard, and with ketchup. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that the manager couldn’t communicate in English and wouldn’t address my concerns. National customer service just said they would file a report with the restaurant. I am really disappointed with the lack of basic service and accountability. I hope Sonic Drive-In can respond to this situation. It has been a couple of days now, and I still haven’t received any callbacks. I am not looking for a free meal; I simply want to know that the staff will be retrained and that there will be someone available to help translate when necessary.

Wow. Tried to look past the not happy person taking the order and I was able to. But then forgot the main part of the food we ordered and when it came out after letting them know they forgot an item the cheddar peppers were still frozen in the middle. This is now the second time I’ve come here in the past 30 days and will not be coming back.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. I got two orders of honey bbq chicken that had no sauce on it whatsoever. My wife got a burger with white and brown lettuce. My sons corn dog as well as all the rest of the food was cold. My chili cheese fries were cold and there was maybe 10 total fries in their. Will never go to this location again.

Don’t go here!!! I had chili cheese tots and and crispy chicken sandwich and within hours of eating I was stuck in the bathroom puking!!! I’ve never had food poisoning in my life and i’ve eaten sonic before just not this location! Don’t recommend

Opened the wrapper to find a bug crawling out of the cheeseburger. Called and was offered a remake of the food (no thanks) or refund. Manager seemed to be continuing serving customers while trying to find my order to refund. Not sure if I’ll get that, phone disconnected before it was finalized. It did not seem like the potential bug problem was going to be addressed in any way so I thought I’d write a review.

we frequently this location on occasion to get drinks & sometimes food for dinner; our favorite is definitely cherry limeades! staff is always friendly & work hard even though this location can get extremely busy pretty often

They have 4 working stalls but employees had parked in 2 of them. Why not park in one of the MANY broken ones. They charge for any amount of sauces. Dirty soda tasted rancid.

One young black gentleman with tattoo on his arm was awesome what a hard worker that kid was! For the rest it was terrible very long wait and the nastiest food we have ever had from a sonic not to mention we spent like 50$
