We had a great meal here recently. We got the Three Cheese Chicken Penne, the Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger, and the Sizzlin’ Caramel Apple Pie. The food was great. The only downside was that the ice cream served on top of the apple pie had some pieces of ice and seemed a bit freezer burnt. Server was very nice as well.

Applebee’s is a fun place to get good food. I love the Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger! It’s hard to find a place that makes a burger how I like it, but this one hits the mark! I also love the Chicken Wonton Tacos. They’re listed as an appetizer but I get them as a meal. I usually go one Sundays around noon and have never had to wait for a table. The staff is friendly and always take care of me quickly.

I had a great experience. The food was great. The waitress I had was a ladie she was outstanding. I hate that I can’t remember her name. 10/10 I highly recommend the lava cake with ice-cream and the trio appetizer virgin Shirley Temple.

Went with 4 friends to celebrate 4 of our birthdays.
We had a wonderful time.
Our server was very attentive and went above and beyond to make our celebration special.
We were even able to bring in a cake made from a bakery.
The food was good.
I had the 6oz sirloin and mashed potatoes.
They were not serving broccoli that day, so I had mixed summer squash.

Server was great. Tried the new UM burger and it was hands down the best burger I’ve ever had at Applebees. We were the only table in there at 1:45 pm and the kitchen was asleep… took over 30 minutes to get our food.

The service is fantastic. The manager, Rodney, really cares about the experience the guests have. The food was amazing, as were the drinks. The waitress was training a new employee and was doing a fantastic job with her.

Wow. Lackluster at best. Did the 2 for 25$. We got salads as appetizer, that was our first mistake. Both of our salads were inedible. Service started out incredible, until we got our food. As we ate she checked on us in passing. Didnt see her again for 30 minutes. We finally see her again and ask for a box. 5 minutes go by, no waitress no box, 10 minutes still no box, after about 15 minutes of waiting for this lady and our box, we flag down the busboy and he hand delivers us a box in like 15 seconds.

I had a great experience at Applebee’s. The food was fresh, hot, and well prepared, exceeding my expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right throughout our visit. The manager even stopped by our table to check in, which really showed they care about their guests. Excellent service and a very enjoyable meal overall.

Start I’d like to say my experience here was absolutely ruined with my family the server to know was delightful and optimistic but the food was absolutely horrible it came out cold after almost a 45 minute wait with no checking in. My drinks of alcoholic nature had little to no taste of alcohol or lemonade and it was supposed to be a blueberry lemonade no blueberries no lemonade no alcohol the second drink was someone acceptable. My daughter’s plate had burnt crisp mushrooms and onions and the steak was not cooked right my wife’s Alfredo was absolutely cold and the chicken was very rubbery. Not to mention after asking for extra sauce there was little to none. My second Burger was meant to go and was not ready or packaged and it was cold as well my burger was not cooked right and was cold. After working up the nerve to tell them manager they said there was little to nothing that can be done and they apologize. Finally we had the bill reduced to 50% and had to pay for this meal that was absolutely ruined. I will never be coming here again and I will be calling the corporate office. They were not that busy and this was an absolutely ridiculous experience. Please guys get it together. My son’s mozzarella sticks in quesadilla were the only things that were enjoyed.

STILL NOT GOOD AVIID THIS PLACE Gave them a 2nd chance without a comp. Food came out faster and fresh, but still a bone dry piece of chicken NO SAUCE AGAIN. Obvious management dies not monitor food quality. I saw 2 people order the same thing and the dishes came out 10 minutes apart. Come on now… However this manager tonight took the interest to talk to me and tried re d to do a service recovery unlike the disinterested previous manager. However as an Applebees vet. I will never return here. I will drive to the next store to get what I pay for.
Fiesta Lime Chicken, Mozzarella sticks. Took a long time on a to go order. Must have sat under the warmer and dried out everything including rice. Only a teaspoon of tortilla shreds. The chicken had no sauce and was a hard limp of chicken with a little cheese stuck to it. Called the store. The manager Rodney simply said sorry. THE MEAL IS INEDIBLE. THREW IT OUT.
NO SERVICE RECOVERY. THEY DONT CARE.I will be in town for the next 3 months and this restaurant lost my weekly business. NOT UP TO APPLEBEES STANDARDS. Avoid this place. THEY DONT CARE. Bartender never checked either poor service
