I tried the salad with chicken, rice and black beans. The flavors were so delicious. They were out of pico and salad dressing so that was disappointing and staples to salad. The serving sizes were very generous. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. There were plenty of places to sit.

I always by coming to this place cause I feel like they give you gigantic portions. The staff have always been super friendly and super fast.

Place is disgusting. We came at 8:00 pm and they were out of almost everything. The counter was gross and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. They were out of all the drinks, no guacamole, no white rice (how do you run out of white rice???), no cheese, no vegetables, no black beans. Trash was overflowing.
Two employees wee in the back just chatting. I just left and went next door to Panda Express for a much better dining experience. This is easily the worst Chipotle I’ve ever visited. Avoid it like the plague.

Ok I love doordash fiercely except they did not seal the bag on my recent doordash order. I think it doesnt need to be said that you dont hand a complete stranger someone elses order without sealing the bag so that customers can see who tampered withe the order. I also reported this to doordash but since I couldnt get through to the store via call you will just have to see this review and hopefully some changes are made because your doordash customers matter just as much and the in store ones do. Also put the chimmichurri sauce in the bag because you guys keep skipping that part on your doordashers orders

This location is regularly understaffed for how busy the location gets. Every day at lunchtime rush there are way too few employees on the line. Today there was one person manning all stations, including checking people out, while there was a literal line out the door. The entire store was ran by 4 total people, and one saw our 15-person-deep line and clocked out for his break.
Whether due to the seemingly high turnover or failure to be fully staffed, this Chipotle is poorly managed. This will be my last time here.

This is the 3rd time I we have received horrible service and food at the Chipotle in Lehi, Utah. They were out of chicken, corn, and queso. They charged us $50 for three meals, even though they gave us less food. The kid serving the food was poorly trained and could care less we got substandard food. I couldn’t tell what the meat was and was mostly fat. I should have went somewhere else.

I’ve given this location many chances, but recently it has consistently disappointed me. I’ve ordered twice through Uber Eats in the past few months, and both times my order was wrong. They forgot the cheese both times, and once completely left out my chips and queso (which I was still charged over $6 for). The delivery portions are also noticeably smaller than what you get in person. When I’ve visited in person, the restaurant has usually been dirty, and during one visit the cashier threw away the gift card I had used to pay even though there was still money left on it!!! I (luckily) noticed the remaining balance flash on the register, and had to ask him to dig it back out of the trash for me. So gross. Also, I usually get the steak (or Carne Asada when it is “back”) and though the meat usually tastes amazing, it is also frequently fatty and full of gristle. This location has just been a really frustrating experience all around. I hope management can do something to improve this but given the number of recent bad reviews I’m seeing, who knows.

Came in tonight for a family dinner and had a great experience. Our wait was very short, the employees on the line very friendly and fulfilled our order. The cashier was also friendly and helpful. All our food was well made and extremely tasty. Everything was correct. The chips and guacamole were perfect!!! Also we noticed the to go orders were ready for everyone who was coming inside. Well done!!!!
