Absolute gem in this small little town!! Love that they allow trucks to park here if you come to eat!! The food was great!!! The staff were all welcoming and very polite!! And they have some of the best ice cream I’ve had in a very long time!! Definitely can’t wait to come back and enjoy something different from the menu again!!

If you want good breakfast you come to Kathys country kitchen. Good lord this food is bomb. Its tight spacing nit much room. However I feel like I am back at my grabdmas house getting good ole family food. The sos is the best in the valley and the breakfast meat is great. Don’t forget the french toast its amazing. Service is so kind and fast. Somehow its always full but we never wait long.

Katy’s is a quaint little restaurant offering good, fresh food. The service was friendly and efficient without feeling rushed. The servers were attentive, the portions were satisfying, and the prices were fair. We had a Reuben and a Ribeye steak—both were just right.
I will definitely be trying their breakfast soon, as that is what they are known for.

I love places like this, gives you the feeling of being welcome, a feeling of nostalgia, while serving up good food. It’s not fancy, and I’m good with that, but its a great place, diner like, to enjoy a wholesome well made meal. The staff is super friendly, and everything is made to order, and your food arrives quickly. There’s no avant garde, haute cuisine served here (so put your pinkies down), BUT, its comfort food at its finest. Your favorite diner come to life and surviving, when every other food place is trying to do everything, and be everything to everyone, they stick to the basics. You must, absolutely must save room for ice cream, its decadent and delicious, you could have this for your meal if you wanted and be satisfied, but I advise finding some goodness on the menu, and let the ice cream make the perfect ending to your meal. Just north of Quakertown on 309, the northbound side, its well worth a visit.

A small pleasantly old fashioned restaurant.
I had the farmer’s daughter. 3 eggs, home style potatoes, choice of meat, toast and two large pancakes. Coffee and red ruby grapefruit juice.
If you are a truck driver there are about 12 spots in a gravel lot right next to the restaurant. Overnight allowed but please only park here if you are intending to enjoy their establishment. As always respect the property.
Drive safe, eat well. Be blessed!
