UPDATE BELOW…

I went in for the lunch buffet. My son just turned 3. The lady wanted to charge me 8.99 for a toddler who won’t even finish 1 slice. He’s only there to play in the jungle gym. They just lost my business for good. I can’t stand when people don’t use common sense and lose future business over poor customer service. I’ll never eat at this location again.

* that day I went to 7th ave and Osborn. They didnt harass me over my toddlers age and got almost a $100 of my money. I spent on games, dessert, and the jungle gym lol. I will gladly make the trip to that location in the future and thank you guys for being smart with your customers and making me feel wanted at your location

Place is extremely deserted, extremely overpriced. My little girl tried to go in the Play park manager or whoever is on duty kicked her out I Just literally spent $50 on two pizzas and a play card Not worth it. Will not make this mistake again going to barro’s pizza next time. Then the whole time he stared at us making sure she wouldn’t go in there.. CRAZY

Great outing with therapy group! They need to add more different games, we are getting tired of playing the same games over and over! First time we enter and play is good but later on it gets irritating. Please add some more different style driving games

I love PPP they are pretty good for the most part, but there are times when you get some snob staff member/s especially at some locations when they get new managers. The food is pretty good and hopefully the buffet prices won’t go up even more because it has got expensive especially if you buy a drink & have kids. They don’t have coupons anymore which really sucks.

This is a fun location.
We joke that it’s the schools location because everyone from school has their BDay parties here. But no complaint, it is a great place to have the kids enjoy a good time, play games and have some pizza, although the pizza is not anything to write home about, ironically i think it’s just ok. Good for the kids and adults looking for a simple quick bite at a birthday party between the games and cake while singing Happy birthday. Look elsewhere if you are looking for gourmet pizza. But the atmosphere for playing and having a fun time is great! Bonus points for having the college football games on the screens!

I had a great experience with Dayanara at Peter Piper Pizza. She was incredibly polite and professional. There was a mistake with my online order, and she jumped on it right away handled it quickly and made sure I left completely satisfied. Really appreciated the level of service.

Got a well-done cheese pizza. The crust is not crispy. Great and fast service, though.

The service was delayed by not having enough staff at the registers. The buzzer went off for food pick up, the wings and breadsticks needed more time. Once the buzzer went off for the pick up of wings and breadsticks another customer touched them. The staff refused to help that customer find his food and instructed me to grab them. I asked if they could remake them due to another person having touched them. The employee then told me that nobody touched them when I watched the entire interaction and dismissal of another customer. While waiting for the buzzer to go off for the third time, I then returned to food that was not warm. The wings were not hot and the breadsticks had started to get hard already. I believe the food was set to the side and they tried to reserve it. They asked me to try eating the food as I replied it’s not even warm. I have now no food to eat as trust in their ability to serve and lack of character are in question. I will not be returning. I will try my hardest to keep any others I know from attending this location.

Great family place with fun games and decent food. It’s very clean and staff was actively wiping down machines while we were there. The game pass is great, we set it up on the timer and the kids got to play whatever they wanted. They were also able to pause the passes while we ate so they didn’t feel like they were missing out on anything.
