I work nights and stopped after 3 am. No wait in the drive thru. I was informed that the grill had just been cleaned and it would be a 7 to 10 min wait. This happens at times and I didn’t wish to wait and ordered a different item. The girl working the window was very apologetic for the inconvenience and doubled the amount of my replacement item at no charge. She was sweet and friendly. She provided the absolute BEST customer service experience I have had anywhere in a long time. Her service and attitude more than made up for the inconvenience. Great job out of her and this establishment for hiring a great employee and empowering her to go above and beyond!

The young men waited on us was excellent, made.Sure, our order was correct.When we inquired about the nice little coffee mugs of our selling, it was really good at describing them and also told us that he bought two.When there is not a first grandma, really good service today. A northern staple & something I grew up with. You bought everything by the sack with a few sliders on the side. Everything was hot, gross, & absolutely delicious all at the same time.
The mini burgers are made to order & are steaming in the little yellow (cheese) or blue ( without cheese) boxes they come in.
Nothing says happiness like 6 no cheese sliders with no pickle & their finely diced onions.
Don’t forget your side order of crinkle cut fries.

Was there a wait? Yes. Did I mind? No. Wasn’t too long of a wait. They were busy and working hard to get peoples orders out. Everyone was pleasant. Took our food to our hotel across the street and enjoyed. Funny thing, when White Castle was by me (now closed), I wasn’t a fan.. now I wish they were still open.

The one time I go to White Castle in Grove city Ohio it is the worst service food on top of my order being the easiest order ever they don’t put my cheese sticks in the order so then I have to drive 15 miles back to that location to get cold cheese sticks Only to realize the rest of my order was incorrect and at this point, the food was very cold on top of employment is in need of a makeover talk about clueless. I don’t even know how this establishment is still open. I will never go here again and I will tell every client of mine the same!
