The restaurant is one of the best. Fast service, food got and fresh, customer service is outstanding. THISSSS IS the ONLY Burger King I will go to for a quick snack. I was in and out happily. I ate my food with a smile on my face the ENTIRE TIME.

Stopped at the Burger King drive-thru and this was easily one of the most frustrating fast-food experiences I’ve had. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, waited about 15 minutes, and still got the wrong sandwich. When I said something, there was no apology, no accountability, just excuses. They remade it — and somehow got it wrong again.
What really bothered me was the energy behind the counter. Instead of taking the job seriously, people were laughing, playing around, and moving like customers correcting mistakes was a problem. When I spoke up, they acted offended, like I did something wrong. That whole “ashamed of nothing but offended by everything” mindset was on full display.
Honestly, when you come from having less or had to work your way up, you’d think there’d be more pride in doing the job right, not less. Showing up just to collect a check without caring about the work or the customer is a bad look.
I had to go inside just to get a refund and still didn’t get basic customer service. If you’re clocking in, at least bring some professionalism with you.

Went through drive-thru for a quick bite before hitting the expressway. Got a meal which was normal…nothing special, but had to stay in line for 4 minutes (which is a long time) just for ketchup to is r my fries! I just sat there at the window and I KNOW she saw me because I blew my horn…then FINALLY she opened the window…geesh, I would just like some ketchup please ..I mean gosh how hard is it to give a person a few packets for their fries . Well that’s mostly my gripe .

This was a delivery order so I wasnt in person at this Bk. The app doesnt have the ultimate steakhouse impossible burger on it so I had to order a regular impossible whopper with onion rings, but I couldn’t add the aioli or the mushrooms.. It took one hour for my burger to get delivered and by that time it was only slightly hot. I was hungry so glad to get it on a cold snowed in night, but wouldve preferred to try the impossible as an ultimate steakhouse burger.

No service. I walked in and all they had to make an order were two filthy tablets. I mean the kiosk looked smeared and crusty. The lady behind the counter wouldn’t even acknowledge me to take an order. So, if you want a quick bite and you want to ensure something isn’t put on your sandwich, or you don’t want dirty fingers maybe this isn’t a good location anymore Fact is, some folks want to order with the assistance of a human. If someone doesn’t want to touch the dirty kiosk, or perhaps they’re not comfortable with the technology, just acknowledge the customer and take their order. Bottom line, good business strategy is to… take the money. It’s easy.

The women that works there called the police on me for eating there with my 15 year old daughter. I’ve never felt more infuriated having to prove that my child is my chikd. This could have been avoided if they would have either asked us, or minded their business. I’ll never eat there again and won’t recommend it to anyone.

Not the best on the inside but the staff is friendly. They used to be super slow with orders but now it’s a whole different experience. I got the new crispy onion whopper and it was probably the best whopper I have had in awhile. Perfect amount of sauce which yall know is rare for bk.
