Our server was not very attentive and service was very slow. This could be due to insufficient staffing. We received our food long before we got our drinks. On a positive note, the food was warm and tasted very good. Unfortunately, my friend did not receive the bread that was supposed to come with his meal and we were not offered refills on our drinks. Once we finished our meal we had to wait an additional fifteen minutes for our bill.

Late dinner after travel. (8:30pm) The waitress didn’t seem to mind that we came in late and offered suggestions, gave efficient 6 smiled. The food was good and our service while there helped a bring a long day to an end. They also have a cute shopping section. Highly recommend this location!

We went to Canal Winchester Bob Evans on Gender Rd. after church on Sunday. By the time we got there the crowd was getting smaller. Out server was great and very attentive. Our order was as requested and our food was good. We will go again.

Waited 23 minutes in curbside pickup for a cup of vegetable soup! Called restaurant, manager said he could not send females out after dark, but he would be right out. I waited another ten minutes, I could see from my car that he was not checking customers out. Called restaurant a second time, manager said he would be out after waiting on customers. There was 2 vehicles in business parking lot, not busy at this time. When manager finally came out, he did not come to driver side window ( I was only person in vehicle), put my order and pumpkin bread (did not order) on passenger seat, told me to have a blessed day and walked away! I will not order from Bob Evans again! Don’t offer curbside if you don’t have the staff to bring orders out in a timely manner.

I ordered curbside from the gender st location in Canal Winchester Oh, the person working the curbside area was fantastic, the food on the other hand very sub par !!!!! I ordered the turkey and stuffing dinner with a piece of strawberry delight for dessert, the turkey was almost thin enough to read a book through, hot and dry on the edges cool in the center like it was microwaved, the stuffing was so salty that I was only able to have a couple bites, the sides were ok lukewarm at best ! The dessert oh boy it looks like someone decided to put it in the container by hand Pic attached of the desert. So very disappointed in the quality of food I received from this location !

Wait was longer than normal after placing order, chicken was old, overcooked and dry. Waited another 20 minutes to get a fresh replacement order. Had them put it in a to go container because I was not alone and the others were done eating. The table beside me also commented on how long it was taking to get their food.
