First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. I usually go to First Watch for breakfast but this time I indulged in lunch. I got the lunch special with the Monterey sandwich and Cobb salad (a little less than $13) I also got the blueberry lemon butter cornbread. Exceptional presentation, tasted great and came out quickly. This was a great choice for a quick lunch. I have no complaints

My waitress, Angel, was excited to be my waitress from the minute I walked in. She gave me tips on how to enjoy my meal more, was courteous, kind, and has a very warm smile. She was quick on her feet and to assuage any concerns or curiosities I had. 10/10 waitress.
As for the food, the elevated egg sandwich is an experience I never tire of. The arugula, bacon, avocado, and Gruyère cheese all support and accent the egg and take a simple meal all the way to scrumptious.
And to top it all off? The Tangerine Dream. A tangy, sweet amalgamation that feels nostalgic without any of the melancholy.
Special note: I am allergic to cinnamon and told Angel of that from the beginning to make sure care was taken. First Watch uses and loves their cinnamon. Anyone who is allergic to things can feel safe to tell staff and be sure that the utmost care will be taken with your food.

Im not sure why this place isn’t 5 stars. I’ve been coming here for at least 10yrs, I’ve never had a bad experience. Staff is always amazing, restaurant is clean, food is delicious. I will say the food has actually gotten even yummier! Try the new Million Dollar Potatoes! Also the OJ tastes like they literally squeezed it seconds before serving it! Thanks for another yummy breakfast

Went here for the first time when I was down in Sarasota. Florida, I’ve gone back every single time. I’m down in Florida, fresh delicious food. The seasonal menu is excellent. First time I had the burrito. When it came to the table it looked like a burrito. You would get from a restaurant where it would cost you $50. The chefs are excellent staff, extremely friendly. Can’t suggest going here enough.

Server was friendly and welcoming. Food took forever and was cold when it arrived. Butter didn’t melt on the waffle. There were some adorable doggos out on the patio- that was a plus.

Today we had breakfast at this cafe. We chose it because we had been to one before, but in another state. Both times everything was great. The service was very friendly and caring. The food was tastier than in most places. The prices were slightly above average. Good children’s menu. The location, atmosphere and cleanliness of the place are all great. I definitely recommend it!
