My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in, showing no basic courtesy or willingness to help.
To make matters worse, the pizza I received was burnt and clearly not prepared with care. It wasn’t just overcooked — it was blackened and bitter, making it completely inedible. On top of that, staff who was wiping his hands to clothes and was about to use same gloves to top the veggies and after asking to change gloves he did which was unhygienic, and disgusting which, raised serious concerns about food safety.
This level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before dining here.
We just let it go when we got burnt pizza when we had dine in but we brought another pizza for take out for kids and that was worst and salad which we got had worms and pictures are below
Management needs to take look of staff and how they are making fun and teasing customers instead of helping as store have camera and kindly check yesterday clips around 5.10pm

We love eating at Blaze! Everything is always delicious and the staff is fast and kind to my entire family. For our family of 7, we have to get 4 pizzas to leave full and I wish it was a little less expensive! Besides that, we always enjoy our time eating at Blaze!!!

1st time here and didn’t know what to expect. Staff was courteous. Menu met needs of keto and regular pizza. FAST receiving food! I wish I knew the name of the older gentleman who worked there because he is an asset to your business. Wanted to personally hand him a tip, but he must have clocked out at 4pm while we were there. Then on our next visit we brought a group of a dozen people and they no longer offer the KETO crust. Manager said it was discontinued by corporate, yet when we contacted corporate they said it’s up to each franchise owner…someone isn’t being honest! Won’t be back.

Love Blaze Pizza. Enjoyed great service today from our initial contact with the order taker to the employee working the dining room. Pizza and amount of toppings good and they don’t mind if you ask for more. Large indoor and outdoor seating space and a good system for pickup or curbside. Great visit.

I’m a regular at this blaze pizza, and every time the pizza cook Hannah is there my experience is greatly improved. Hannah is always very kind and my pizzas are the best when she cooks them. This blaze pizza would honestly not be the same without her.

We come to this Blaze A LOT! Tuesday night is family night and pizza is usually on the menu. If we are having pizza its gonna be Blaze!! The toppings are always fresh, the crust is cooked to perfection. The staff always goes above and beyond and asking for anything extra has never been an issue.

Here’s an update for vegans and vegetarians! They have gluten free crust, cauliflower crust and keto crust! (There us an upcharge for specialty options.) They serve a veggie option it you can build your own which is really nice. Essentially there is something for everyone! They always have enough staff to keep the line moving so there is ideally no long wait time to order and the fire oven pizza cooking is quick to!

My grandson loves pizza, but at Blaze – my 2 yr old ate his whole pizza, yogurt and sprite, wouldn’t share one bite! We will be back soon for another lunch date!
