They cheated my grandson out of his apples after I asked for extra fries. Get to the window after receiving my receipt with the order correctly as I asked and the Hispanic girl at the window proceeds to tell me he can either have the extra fry or the apple but not both even though I had asked for both. Get the extra small fry with probably less than 10 fries but can’t have the apples. Eventually was given a small fry but still no apples. The Hispanic girl tells the black girl I don’t understand what she is telling me when in fact it is she who doesn’t understand what is being requested. My receipt was correct but I suppose now we are not allowed to have our orders as we request. I didn’t ask to substitute anything. I only asked for extra fries for my grandson. I was also shorted on my medium fry and they didn’t fall into the bag because only two fries was in there after I took the box of fries from my bag. I took pictures. I too, as I have been reading others say, will not be using that McDonald’s location in the future.

1/26/2026 Ordered a mobile order really simple. Black girl gray sweater working the windows at about 9:30 pm didn’t care about anything and then I watched her drink peoples drink that they were preparing for the cars behind me like just a extremely low human being bro and I didn’t even get a chance to be rude to make her feel a way I gave my order number at the speaker and by the time I got to her window she lost track of orders but man drinking customers drinks is crazy

Very very poor customer service here at this location today. When no one bothers to take orders from the second lane and there’s five cars waiting – The first lane gets four orders taken all ahead of the other people. so we finally pull up to the window and I tell that I need to order. The young person at the window says ” Well I’m on first Lane. And if no one’s taking your order on the second Lane, that’s their problem but I’m only taking first lane orders.”

That’s all – No solution offered, no attempt to take an order from me, no sorry. ” That’s somebody else’s problem.”. So I left. I guess we’re supposed to magically know which of the 2 lanes has an employee that’s on break at that moment when we choose a lane to get in?

This McDonalds was a whole weird vibe to me. Nobody but one homeless couple was even in there, no workers to be found, and the drink machine was broke. Placed our order on the kiosk and they brought it from the back. The workers were nice. Food was meh.

I ordered my fries with no salt and the employee loudly said he hates when people order no salt fries. Completely unprofessional. When I spoke up about it, the staff in the back started cussing and calling customers fat and dumb. That is unacceptable behavior in any setting, especially customer service. I did nothing wrong and was treated with disrespect. I will not be returning to this location.

So, when I ask for a plain cheeseburger, I expect plain. Not because I’m totally picky, it’s because I physically can’t eat certain things and it’s easier to make it plain. Just cheese, meat and bun. Onions make me violently sick and I’m at work right now. I can’t be doing this at the moment. My dinner is ruined.

I purchased the Grinch meal and when I got home, I found that the socks were not included. I called. The gentleman told me to simply bring in my receipt and they would take care of things. I went in and the morning shift manager basically called me a liar and told me that there was absolutely no way that could’ve happened because all the boxes came pre-assembled and pre-stuffed. I have never been treated like a second class citizen in my entire life she told me to call the manager on Monday and maybe they’ll take care of it in the event that she did not understand what I said. I also spoke to her in Spanish as she was a native Spanish speaker and she just looked at me like I was an idiot. This is so sad.

I went here even though I told myself not to and I’m pissed that I did. I was going to order through the app but I didn’t that’s what made me change my mind. We’ll it was on my way home and I decided to go there anyway. I ordered a big breakfast with no hotcakes, and I know I said a STEAK bagel. I wasn’t paying attention to the screen that was my fault. Well I get my food and go home, I eat the big breakfast and left the bagel for past. When I noticed it was sausage I got pissed until I looked at the receipt. We’ll after I put some jelly on the bagel I noticed some dark spots, they were only on one side so I instantly knew it was mold. Just to be sure I asked my roommate and he confirmed that it was mold also. I was already pissed it wasn’t steak (I’ll take the L on that), but now it has mold on the bagel. I went and got my money back, but I won’t be going to (Fegenbush and Bardstown Rd) that place again. I think I’m done with McDonald’s period.
