Great food, friendly staff, clean restaurant, very fast service.
I initially came to this establishment to urinate, and I was impressed by the immaculately clean bathroom. Because of this, I decided to partake in the food of this Zaxby’s. I was greeted with a smile and I ordered the special. The exchange was brief and friendly. I waited about a minute and my food was ready. The chicken sandwich was a great mix of savory, tangy, juicy and crispy. The fries were spiced well, leaving a lingering flavor in my mouth reminding me of the enjoyable experience I had eating the food. I would dine here again, best Zaxby’s of the ones I have visited so far.

I was served by a girl named Jalisa E today. When I walked up to the counter, she didn’t greet me or anything and was over all pretty rude. When I got my food, and asked for ketchup (I have no idea why this isn’t out for customers to get themselves, every other restaurant does) I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Last time I had eaten here, the service wasn’t much better either, there were a few sodas out in the machine (coke and sprite) and when I had let the people at the counter know, I was just dismissed and had to settle for some nasty Sweet tea. I also work in the food and bev industry, in a restaurant very similar to this one, it’s not hard to be polite to customers Hoping for better service next time, if I come back. Food was good though.

As a raising Cane‘s girlie, this was a test to try Zaxby’s for the first time. Overall, I thought the food was a bit saltier than raising Cane‘s but what is to be expected from fast food right so let’s talk about the sauce which overall was the best part just like raising Cane‘s, but the Zaxby’s chicken was a little less juicy and more crunchy which depending on your preference can be exactly what you’re looking for. The atmosphere of this particular restaurant I thought was really cute. They seem to hang a lot of local sport memorabilia inside and there was ample seating. I came here with my family. We found a comfortable table to eat our quick meal before we had to head to an event. I enjoyed the self serve soda machine personally while my family partook in the sweet tea which, being East Coast people we found was a bit too sweet but local preferences are different. Service was great, we didn’t have to wait long despite ordering four meal combos.

The zaxby zalad was so good. I usually get the house zalad but today i wanted eggs and bacon on my salad. It came with two ranch packets not enough but i made it work the fried chicken was a nice temperature and the service was great.

Hey Zaxbys, here’s an idea. How about you toast the entire piece of bread. The person in the kitchen making the toast looked at this piece and thought it was good enough to send out to a person spending their hard earned money. Do better!

This Xaxby’s is exceptional. I’m really surprised their rating isn’t higher. They have always been consistent as well. The quality of the food, the speed at which orders are filled, the accuracy of those orders, the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, the cleanliness of the dining area- Everything is top notch for a fast food establishment. Keep up the good work.

I ordered a Zaxpack for 34.88 delivered and it was not included in the delivery order. The driver went back to get it but
Zaxbys would not give her a replacement. I had to go to Arby’s to get dinner for the 6 people at my house. The delivery company offered refund of 1/2 the order but the order was only 50 and the missing item was 35. We also have no dinner. Poor customer service on the part of Zaxbys. I won’t be ordering from
them any more.

Take the order show customer service smile and be nice give the correct food to the correct customer that’s it that’s all but no we paid for 3 meals and only 2 people are eating I went inside to fix the situation with refund I didn’t get it just 2 small boxes of food no price adjustment or anything I hope everyone has a beautifully blessed holiday take care stay safe try not to eat out too much. It’s your choices to make eat here or not ♀️ ♀️ good luck tho

So i went today because I’m always getting the lemon pepper wings and went back to my usual which was the finger plate dip in sweet and spicy. And I must say it was horrible it take burnt and the fries were cooked to long until there were no potatoe in French fries this was unacceptable today zaxby. We work hard for our money so I expect good quality food!!!
