The food was delicious but the restaurant was not clean at the time of my visit. I can see food particles and trash on the floor, tables and stools and on the floor next to the food prep area. Associates were more focused on the food prep area than having an associate clean the restaurant. One of the associate, while wearing gloves, pushed the trash down with his hand and handled the napkin holder while wearing the same gloves. It was disgusting. I don’t believe I’ll ever return to the Chipotle Mexican Grill located in Quincy, MA.

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. The staff showed absolutely no patience toward customers and were shockingly unfriendly — even toward children. There was zero sense of warmth or basic courtesy. The cashier in particular seemed completely unwilling to answer any questions or provide help, acting as if assisting customers was a burden. It was extremely disappointing and frankly embarrassing for the brand. This location is a disgrace to Chipotle. I will not be coming back.

i go here at least once every 1-2 weeks, the food is good, however, there was one time the rice HARD. usually, i don’t have problems with food so 4 stars.
the service is worst than mediocre. workers usually seem mad, but they do their job so 2 stars.
atmosphere is ok. lots of children and teens around. they usually don’t clean up after themselves and that’s not chipotles fault, however, it could be cleaner. big sitting area along with an outside one.

This location is an absolute disaster. The customer service is beyond awful — it’s hostile, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Employees were rude from start to finish, clearly annoyed that customers even existed. I was treated like an inconvenience instead of a paying customer.
Communication was terrible. Ordering was unnecessarily difficult because staff made no effort to clearly explain, listen, or help. When I asked simple questions, I was met with attitude, impatience, and dismissive behavior. If you can’t communicate clearly and treat customers with basic decency, you should not be working the front line — period.
For how expensive Chipotle has become, this experience is unacceptable. This store has clearly failed at training, leadership, and accountability. Management should be embarrassed. I will never return, and I strongly recommend avoiding this location unless you enjoy being treated poorly and leaving frustrated.

Mid tier Chipotle. Pro: large dining area, large staff on hand, marginally cleaner dining area than average Chipotle. Con: Cashier staff deliberately obstruct any attempt to redeem rewards and use mobile app, cashier staff flagrantly disinterested in customer.

I’ve visited this place multiple times in the last few months and keep leaving feeling uneasy. The same lady consistently has an attitude and doesn’t listen to people’s orders. She’s too focused on moving quickly. She is clearly irritated for simply coming in to order and it doesn’t matter if you start with a kind hello either.
It is also disappointing that half the menu items not being available and not really knowing until you start to order. For example, around 6 p.m., they don’t have black beans, white rice, or chips. I understand that they might be running out of stock later in the day, but I’m mostly dissatisfied with the rude worker who seems to assume your order and rushes you with a take it or leave it attitude. The first time it happened I thought it was just an off day but it being multiple times It’s less understanding.

I am surprised that this location is 3 stars, it should be even lower. The worst location for sure.
I placed take out online, this is what I got for that $13.15 Awesome Bowl. The portion is just like half of the bowl, and the food is not fresh at all. And for the chicken bowl, there is no chicken at all. I got a bowl of white rice and beans.

My recent Chipotle experience was disappointing. The service counter was messy, and the employee preparing the food seemed careless about cross-contamination, with ingredients like tomatoes and cheese ending up in dishes where they didn’t belong. My own burrito unfortunately contained two chunks of tomato when I hadn’t ordered any. The burrito itself was hard and flaky, suggesting it had been sitting out for a while and was stale. I tried to eat it in my car since the dining room was closed (I’m unsure why), but it was so unappetizing I only managed a couple of bites before throwing it away. While this visit was definitely subpar, I’m hoping it was an isolated incident, perhaps due to the late hour (after 10 pm). I plan to give this Chipotle another chance and will update my review after my next visit.

Without a question this is the absolute worst Chipotle location. Complete TRASH. I’ve been here numerous times on different occasions hoping something would change but it never does. The staff is always so rude and look and sound like the most miserable humans that exist on earth. This chipotle is also ALWAYS out of food. They never have anything prepared or ready and the portions are the cheapest thing I’ve ever seen. Everytime I ask for double chicken, they do 2 half scoops so really you’re just getting charged double for what should be the price of 1 scoop and when you ask for more you would’ve thought you were asking for the employees social security. They’re completely incompetent and disrespectful. Honestly this place should just be shut down and replaced with a better food restaurant or change ownership. Don’t waste your time or breath on this place.
