Throughout the years this Popeyes always has great customer service, the female managers especially have excellent customer service. They give graciously and I never have to check the bag to make sure my order is correct – that’s a rarity for Popeyes in general. You can tell this place is well-managed. This is one of the few places I feel comfortable going to.

Got to make it to this location to get some food while in the area. I had a quick in and out experience. Made a order online and came to pick up right on time and the food was hot and ready for me. I generally receive service at this location where asking fir anything is like I should be grateful or they just can’t be bothered tobdo their job. If you are truly closed makecan effort to let customers know. And also make an effort to train your employees so that if you arecreally closed people don’t think it’s just an excuse to get out of doing their jobs.

Best Popeyes in Frederick! Every time I come here, the food is hot, crispy, and full of flavor. The chicken is always cooked perfectly, and the sides and biscuits never miss. i mostly pick up doordash orders from here, but have also ordered here for myself a few times. the staff is kind and always do their best to be attentive, even during times when they are very busy. the restaurant is clean and food is very good! never had any issues with orders or the quality. overall a very good popeyes location 🙂
