Perfect diner, great prices and consistently wayyy above average! The breakfast spots closer to the water are fine but nothing mind blowing and very expensive and inconsistent. This place is a huge family working so well together to make it a great experience for their guests! Been coming here for over 10 years! Still just a perfect spot!

OBSESSED! Had breakfast while we were vacationing in Hilton Head. It’s exactly what a diner should be! We bought their pancake batter “Best Ever Pancakes” and just made them at home. It looks like I’ll be having pancake batter shipped to Florida on a regular basis! There is no going back to another brand! Highly recommend!!!

Went here for the first time for breakfast. Our servers, Robin and Allison were very friendly. They have outside seating which is great when traveling with our dog, Spencer. They pancakes were fluffy and delicious. They accommodated my husband by adding onions and peppers to his hash browns which he requested.

This diner crushed it! The food was delicious and the service was very friendly. We are staying at a nice resort with breakfast available but it pales in comparison to Southern Coney. Dining local is always the best. Thank you for a delicious meal made with love.

This is the best place for breakfast in the South so far…I eat the S’more pancakes delicious. The service was GREAT and super quick. I love my coffee very hot, and they really nailed it. I’m coming back soon.

Small Diner feel with great customers service and even better food. Food is made fresh to order. Best pancakes I’ve ever had, including the biscuit and gravy. Looking forward to going back.

This place was solid. The French toast special tasted good, but the portion was smaller than I expected. I should have gone with the pancakes. I tried one and it was very good. They are medium to large and come in a stack of three. The staff was very friendly and the price for our group of three was reasonable. Definitely a place worth stopping by if you are in the area.

We don’t normally leave a lot of reviews but when you find a great place on vacation and the people that work there make it extra special. We leave a review. The food is amazing the pancakes definitely I will be getting again. But I think what makes it even better is the owner and her daughter and staff are phenomenal people and they’re the kind of people that you want to meet when you’re on vacation so we will be back for breakfast and if you’re visiting Hilton Head Island do yourself a favor and go in there.
