i went there this morning and Lorena was the one at the drive thru window. I told her in the BEGINNING that i wanted 3 buttermilks before she took my card and yet you refuse to give me 3 and forgot to give me napkins and a straw. then she had to charge my card TWICE for one extra buttermilk!! if she cant follow small orders maybe she shouldn’t work here. I won’t be coming back to jack in the box.

Just had the worst experience at chicken Express in League City and nothing else is really open late so we came the Jack-in-the-Box and they made it so easy and so quick to order. The people at chicken express didn’t understand our order for 10 minutes so we left super disappointed. Super glad that jack in the box saves the night

Although our order was correct, my sandwich was drowning in cheese sauce. Couldn’t taste anything but cheese. The bread was soggy (obviously) and it was just gross.

I placed my order in the app on my way to work this morning and I arrived early, but to my surprise, it was already done and so I was happy to receive it once I got to work to start eating before my shift. I realize most of the food was in adequate at best The French toast. Only one of the three could be eaten. The other two was as hard as a solid rock and when you hit it, it sound just like One The bacon was so undercooked. It was still pink and I’m so glad I took video and pictures as well I will be leaving a Google review for this location with the photos and videos involved. The eggs look like something that was made the day before and just reheat it which I did not eat And the hash brown was cold so I was only able to eat the sausage . Zero out of 10 do not recommend.

I just spent 30 on the and wasn’t happy about it. The food was horrible dry as hell I’ll never go there again. I took a bit and it was dry and handsome I opened it up it’s nothing in there look at the picture your self and that’s just one my kids told me this jumbo jack don’t even look right so they don’t want to eat it..I should take it back..
