On the positive side, the cashier was very friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. However, the food was below average this time. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles, but it came with pickles, and the chicken had an off-putting, old smell. That said, the bread was fresh and tasty, and I appreciated the classic idea of their waffle fries. Overall, it was an average experience—great service and atmosphere, but the food quality needs improvement.

One of the largest, if not the largest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Right across the street from the museum great place to grab a snack before you go explore the Chicago museum of art. Nothing beats a great sweet tea and some fried chicken. Typical Chick-fil-A except for the impressive size large booths, and decor.

Chick-Fil-A was a must-try fast-food chain. I kept hearing about their chicken burger and decided to experience it. I was genuinely excited. The staff were enthusiastic and the branch we visited in downtown Chicago was spacious.
The Order:

I tried the highly anticipated chicken burger which I enjoyed and their signature fries were lovely. The nuggets were average I have had better. The famous Chick-Fil-A Sauce was a great edition and lived up to the hype.
However, the Popeyes Spicy sandwich was better from my personal perspective.
I would definitely recommend Chick-Fil-A to those visiting the United States.

While the location offers a fantastic view of the Art Institute and is conveniently situated, the food quality at this fast-food restaurant is awful, and the service is very, very slow.
The salad consists solely of lettuce with a very small portion, and the burger is extremely tiny and tastes mediocre. Considering the price, this place doesn’t offer good value for money at all.
If you’re seeking a relaxing spot, this location might serve that purpose well, but I wouldn’t recommend it for the food quality.
Personally, I won’t be returning and wish the location hosted a different restaurant altogether.

Slowest chicfila I have ever been to, when trying to get quick food and keep moving not effective. Large sitting area so lots of space to find seats. Some tables clean other dirty. Food was still good, waffle fries were delicious.

I love chick fil a and the food is always great but there were a few things off about this experience. I really look forward to their cookies but when I ordered one they told me to take one off the counter in front of my, which was disappointing cause it’s a cold stale cookie and not from the warmer. They also forgot our spicy sandwich and we had to go back to get it, and I was disappointed that this location charges for salad containers.

The absolute worst chick fil a location I have ever been to. I live a few blocks away so I have given them multiple attempts. Never once has my order been correct. It’s either missing items, contains wrong ingredients, or literally just gave me the wrong food I didn’t order. I have been over 10 times and I can say without a doubt every. single. time. there was an issue. Doesn’t matter if I order on the app or in store, if it’s dine in or pick up, it’s wrong. Most recently, I ordered the southwest salad. After getting home I find out they gave me a cob salad, which I can’t eat because I don’t eat pork. So after walking 15 minutes back, I gave them the salad back and they fixed the order. I get home again and begin eating, only to bite into a huge piece of bacon that was disgusting. This was the last straw. Never, ever, going back to this location.
Additionally, customer service is just as bad every single time. I have never had a pleasant interaction with an employee. They are annoyed when I tell them the order is wrong and they have to remake it. I waited 15 minutes one time for a shake, I had to even ask an employee if it was ready only for them to get annoyed that they now have to make a shake. Even managers that i have dealt with when orders are wrong are short and not apologetic for the disservice.
The dining room isn’t a great environment either. It’s always full of obnoxious teenagers that leave messes and cause a ruckus.
This location is beyond help.

This Chick-fil-A is always busy, but the staff is incredibly efficient and friendly. The food is consistently good, and they always get my order right. I appreciate the clean restaurant and the play area for kids. It’s a great option for a quick and tasty meal.
