Guest satisfaction is horrible! I called at 4:10 to ask about delivery and got told that they were closing in 20 min and she wasn’t going to make them cook an order unless I came in to place my order! Which Was impossible beings I was at work with no option to leave. She was extremely rude! She lost out on a descent delivery for her employer by doing so, hope they are ok with the fact.

I travel to fort dodge very frequent and this is the second time I had dinner delivered to my hotel and it will be my last, twice they screwed up my order and twice the quality of the food was not to par. Mistakes happen and I am always willing to give it another shot. Won’t fool me for a third time.

This is the worst chinese food I have EVER had.
It was nearly all sauce, the rice’s texture made me wonder when it was made, and the egg roll’s skin was so fried that it disintegrated when I bit it. If you just HAVE to have some chinese food in Fort Dodge do yourself a favor and go get some from the Walmart freezer section, it will cost half as much and taste 5 times better.

I love there but eat in… Never order for delivery… I ordered and it took over and an hour so i called and they said they had two other orders first so it was just going to be another 10 minutes.. For 3 orders over an hour is ridiculous…
