I ordered a toasted chicken salad sandwich which, due to miscommunication, was not toasted but instead heated in the oven. Chef Meghan immediately and very nicely corrected what started out as a terrible dining experience (“Why is this chicken salad warm”?!) and turned it around with a refreshing efficiency and a service-forward attitude. Customers need to speak up politely and quickly if they are unsatisfied with food or service to give the establishment a chance to correct errors, instead of denigrating people and businesses unfairly online.

Pretty standard experience to most Panera’s, never had any issues with food or service but why does the internet always have to suck on the weekends? I come here to do work and study, its super frustrating to get settled in with food and drink only to have agonizingly slow connection speeds. Probably fine if your just doing emails or writing, but anything else makes me want to slam my head against a brick wall.

I just received my online order and everything was perfect! The chicken chipotle sandwich I ordered was still hot and toasted, loaded up with the toppings and all my specific customizations followed. I am very impressed by and thankful for the caring staff who made my late lunch for me! Thank you!

Do not order online from this location. The last 3 orders we had delivered were missing items. Their answer is to refund just the missing item and not receive what’s missing. This time an entire $15 sandwich missing. Last time was a 1/2 sandwich from you pick two. Time before that was soup. Eli, and bread Co, do better. The French Dipper sandwich was checked off but not in the bag. Was told he’d refund the entire order and only refunded the sandwich. I have the flu and have no dinner, because my food was not in the bag.

We ordered our food ahead and (Amber) who processed our order on 12/19 was very rude and disrespectful. My new born child was in the back seat and her mom just had a simple request to her bread sliced and she was very dismissive. We even shared it with the manger (Annie or Anne). She didn’t seem to really be to concerned which made it more frustrating. I can literally get bread and soup anywhere. Hopefully this can be escalated and to be honest I’m not even looking for a discount. But maybe an apology from both of them would be nice.

Not sure who is baking the bagels at this location now, but they’re making the asiago bagels wrong and they don’t fit in our toaster now. An entire bagel pack of asiago bagels all looking the same.

I often go to various Stl Bread Co and I must say that this is one of the most accommodating place I’ve been at. Wendy, the manager was kind and very helpful. Can’t complain about the food. It was good as expected and the wait time was reasonable. Will most likely to return.

Seldom have complaints about Beead Company food(the new cranberry orange bread is incredible) but they must have some new baker or new bread because the bread bowls they put the soup into have been a soggy mess the last 2 times I had it. It used to hold up but the rim of the opening now kind of ‘wilts’ down and is not only unattractive but tastes just wrong. Very disappointing.
