we went through drive through and a blonde headed girl was on the intercom being rude. we was ordering some food and didnt hear her or missed heard her and i repeated myself and she said “ thats what i just said”. i dont understand why people have to be so rude.

Went to this White Castle location on September 22,2025 @ 5:45pm, I ordered 6 cheeseburgers and they were horrible, you could tell they had been sitting on the grill for quite a while because they were hard and dried out and so was the bread. Other locations always make their food fresh to order but this one did not. They had them pre made obviously, I got my food very fast. Definitely don’t mind waiting for fresh food. Also stingy with the condiments. I’ll be going to another location in the future IF I want White Castle again.

I visited White Castle in my hometown while there for a family reunion. The food was just as great as I remembered, and family membered dining there for the first time enjoyed it as well!

Food met the taste but late night the team may be a little slower to respond due to the slow traffic. However they deliver the whitecastle food experience.

Would go lower than a 1 if I could. They basically don’t serve food. I get off at 5 am and they will have you sit at the speaker for 45 minutes before even saying a word. I’m talking about two cars in the drive thru period. It’s always the guy that drives a blue ford fusion. So if you see that car there on the late night then just leave because chances are he’s just waiting for you to get frustrated and pull off!!! The last time I got food there it was basically 6 slices of cheese on a top bun with bacon and no burger or bottom bun! I don’t even know why I try! Used to be a good White Castle now its basically just a building people play around in and get paid.
