Trash. Two lines waiting the a worker comes and puts a yellow cone behind the car behind my car. And no one answered the second line even though the person in front of me ordered. They kept servicing the main line until the car behind me AND I both decided to leave. Terrible management and staffing. Do better or at least acknowledge people waiting in the line.

Worst McDonald’s experience ever. We ordered through the app specifically for items that were supposed to have Monopoly stickers, but when we got our food, none of them had any it looked like they had been ripped off. When we asked the employees about it, they told us “we don’t do that here,” even though we came the day before and they were participating. The staff seemed nervous, and it was pretty clear the stickers had been removed. Really disappointing and unprofessional

Horrible service large staff all standing around playing with the phones and hair. Don’t even bother to c okme to cash register to take an order. I stopped to purchase food for my dogs but couldn’t even accomplish that. Went down the block and purchased them food from a business that actually cares

I came in yesterday wanting to order manager Rosa was very not helpful I asked her I wanted to do the 5$ meal and she practically did not want to help me do the order so I walked out and didn’t want to eat here again . I understand that this is a fast food place but atleast have some decency to have some customer service instead of ignoring your customers .

When my family pulled up to the drive thru, we weren’t greeted in a timely manner nor did the order taker greet me by name for the mobile app. I had asked for 2 hot and Spicy McChicken’s 1 Large Fries 1 Large Sprite with no ice 2 Cheeseburgers 1 6pc Nuggets and a Large 10pc Nuggets Meal with a Large Caramel Frappe. When they asked if everything looked correct on the screen and I saw that they had put the Frappe as a Medium Mocha Frappe, I pointed it out at the speaker and they called or Ms Marcy to fix the order and directed me to the 1st window and the cashier that I saw at the 1st window didn’t repeat the order back before I paid, so I go up to the next window and tried to get the attention of another crew member without honking or yelling and they saw me and ignored me when I had pointed it out that they messed up the Frappe they said they’d just make it caramel. They were rushing me to get out of the drive thru and told me aggressively that everything was in the bag and didn’t give me the Large Frappe and they told me to pull over and they brought out a Medium Caramel Frappe. I went inside to talk to Ms Marcy and she’d rather charge .70 cents to upsize when they messed up the order and the 2nd crew member was rude to me. This McDonald’s needs to train their team better and listen to the customers and put the order in right the 1st time. Seriously this McDonald’s sucked to get lunch for the family

This McDonald’s does not even deserve 1 star. They’re always messing up uber delivery orders. The place needs new management and new crew. They take very long to give you your food when you dine in. The people that work there are not even welcoming. They have you order from the machine and don’t even acknowledge you. The food always cold. They mess up your order even when you dine in. They need to send someone from corporate to check out this location and make changes. Those workers are horrible. They are on their phones like nothing. Bad management. No costumer service skills… The list can go on… It seems as if they just hire anyone at this place and promote anyone as a manager. Corporate should get involved. It’s crazy that I have to drive to a further McDonald’s with this one being so close to me.

I’ve held off leaving a bad review for the last 3 months/3 visits but today took the cake. Went to pick up 2 mobile orders. Took a half hour to finally get our food. Had to ask the young lady @ the window to please remake my mcflurry because most of it had melted while we waited in line. She remade it & was polite however, we still had to wait 10 more minutes to receive the rest of our food. My wife’s fries had salt on them even though we ordered with no salt & they were undercooked (home lighting makes them look less pale). Both sandwiches were ordered the same but one didn’t bring tomatoes & both had an insane amount of mayonnaise. We barely go to McDonald’s anymore because it always takes forever & the food does not come out right.
If McDonald’s is looking to make another location fully automated, unfortunately this location should be a top candidate.
