I rarely get Taco Bell but tonight’s order was very good in my opinion it also was my first time trying their nacho fries ngl they are very good! Which makes me mad since they are only a limited time item for certain times of year. Luckily there was nothing wrong with my portion of my family’s order so that’s a plus!

Seriously? The crunch wrap supreme came with hardly any meat in it. I basically got just a shredded lettuce wrap. I couldn’t even eat it. Don’t be so stingy Taco Bell.

Came in tonight after leaving the hospital with my baby. Was already having a bad night, hungry and frustrated. Yet, I was still polite and looking forward to my food. The lady over the intercom seemed nice enough, yet when I pulled up to the window, I was greeted with a very rude woman. I was trying to use my change up, so I paid using some quarters, a few dollars worth. She said she wasn’t supposed to take quarters unless rolled up… since when? Money is money. I have never heard such a thing, it seemed as if she just did not want to count the money. She ended up taking the quarters, slamming them in the drawer without counting and shut the window without a word. I get having a bad night, I was too. But come on, you can at LEAST show some hospitality… anyway, if you have change, I guess take your business elsewhere ♀️ ♀️

The grilled cheese burrito was a foul mockery, a festering sore upon the name “grilled cheese burrito”. I ordered one and it arrived as plain and as naked as a normal burrito, not an ounce of cheese, grilled or otherwise, on its crust. And they left no straws for us either 🙁

I went in to Taco Bell with my grandmother to pick up a DoorDash order and had to wait 45 minutes to get the order only to be told it was handed out to the wrong person when I was previously told that it had not even been made yet. More orders were going out through the drive thru than there were going out inside the store. It was as if they were not worried about those of us inside the store who were waiting for food. I was also told by another customer that was standing at the front counter waiting for his food that the worker were horse playing in the back.

Service here is usually good. But today I called ahead to see if they had the limited time Baja Blast Pie that I was curious to try and was told that they did have some in with a new delivery today. I drove over only to then be told at the drive-thru that they didn’t have any in and didn’t get a shipment today. I told her I called earlier and she said I must not have called this location. I double checked the phone number that I called and it was for this location. I re-called the same number from my contacts just for them to answer this time that they didn’t have any of the pies. They need to figure out their communications between the staff.

I like taco bell..Just not this one. Unfortunately there is no “just dont do it” button on here. You would think I would learn but I kept thinking it would get better maybe there are challenges inside.. if you want taco bell go to another one and bring your own sour cream. The “service” at the speaker (drive thru) is not about the customer. You will have to repeat your order several times then the employee says it’sTuesday do you want a free taco? Of course I’ll take a free taco thank you! Then you hear “is that it?” Yes thank you..then go to the window to pay.. out comes an arm to get your card (no words) the card is given back with your receipt (no words)..you instinctively move to the next window to get the food… out comes an arm with food (no words). You pull off (bad move) without checking each individual item. You start eating and guess what? you said no tomatoes (allergy) you got extra tomatoes on everything i mean even the items that don’t come with tomatoes. Then you take all that off and realize you didn’t get sour cream that you paid .95 cent each for (on the receipt 4 items) . Free taco you ask? Nope that was missing as well as a couple of items I ordered and paid for. And no napkins no straws just some of the food I ordered. No you don’t go back, you don’t call, I’ve learned my lesson. Did that a few times and got bad attitude and bad customer service plus then the food looked watery inside so a little suspect. Didn’t eat that. I made excuses each time like maybe the speaker is messed up, maybe they are new, maybe they made a mistake. But this is a pattern over and over. So 0 out of 10 do not recommend.. I’ll go somewhere else going forward..thank you

Your order will be wrong. Every time. Service and attitude is bad. Just don’t bother. Example. Im allergic to tomatoes, I ask for no tomatoes i recieve extra tomatoes on all items. If you ask for sour cream they will charge. 95 cents for each add then not add it. It is consistently inaccurate with bad service.

This food is so overpriced, just because you were forced to pay people the right wage in California doesn’t mean you screw over everyone else in the country. Bad business practice and I hope people are noticing
