I had placed two orders: Order 663 for Chicken McNuggets, and Order 665 for ice cream and fries. The cashier’s behavior toward me was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. All I did was ask when my Order 665 would be ready, and she responded in a very rude, aggressive, and disrespectful manner.
What shocked me even more was that while I was speaking with the manager, the cashier mocked me, made faces at me, and even stuck her tongue out at me. This behavior was completely unacceptable. It was so disrespectful that another customer who witnessed the incident confronted the manager because he saw everything and was upset by the way I was treated.
I am deeply disappointed by this experience. No customer should ever be spoken to or treated in this way.
At the end of our conversation, the manager — who I later learned is actually the owner’s daughter — explained that the cashier behaved this way because she was “tired.” I truly don’t understand how being tired could justify such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. It is simply not a reasonable explanation.
I honestly hope this complaint is reviewed and taken seriously.

The Customer Service here is an absolute disgrace, The jamaican manager in the night shift has no class. She was nasty to 3 Customers that was in front of me and best bet she was nasty yo me too when it was my turn to order. If you expect, Customer service when spending your money, go somewhere else

I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup, a sweet tea, and a medium fry. The fries were so salty it tasted as if I poured salt directly into my mouth, completely nonedible. I had to park and take the fries inside. The manager did provide fresh fries with the normal amount of salt.

I just left driving Uber eats had to go through drive-thru three times wait outside never got the order I had to cancel. Employees are not doing their job not friendly and seem to think it’s a joke.

Night Shift staff is horrible 30 minutes of waiting to place in order and no one was able to take. As I was leaving we noticed the line was almost folding to the Main Street. Either hire more help or work more efficiently
