First time eating here. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Our server Saydee was excellent checking on us multiple times to ensure we were happy with our meal and didn’t need anything. Will definitely return. We had the fried mushrooms, chicken wings, southwest Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, and da big kahuna burger.

Stopped in here for a late bite snack. After getting off the airplane. The manager/bartender made a great recommendation for their summer special burger and all the flavors that go along with the selection of beers that they recommended as well. It looks like possibly a typical chain restaurant, but it goes beyond that with the great service and the great food

This was the worst, the bartender had a attitude. I had to tell her I wanted to order. I ordered pretzels sticks they were burnt, the 2nd ones were worst than 1st.. I ended up walking out after sitting there for over 45 minutes and still NO FOOD… AND NOW I’M HUNGRY & UPSET

We love Mugshots! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The booths and tables are very comfortable, the restaurant is always very clean. We love the relaxed sports bar atmosphere. And the food is absolutely fantastic!! I highly recommend the A1 burger, my husband loves the McDowell and they have a great kids menu (even PB&J) for our son. Anytime we make the drive to Covington, we go eat at Mugshots and it never disappoints!!

Ate there today for lunch around 1:45. We were the only ones there when we arrived and were seated immediately. Got our drinks and all was fine. Shortly after Waitress had zero personality with us and seemed like we were bothering her when we asked for something… idk maybe just a bad day… however she was sure talking it up with the table next to us. Second the onion rings were probably the best part of the meal. What was supposed to be a hamburger steak was just a plain burger Pattie with some chopped onions on top. No gravy on the Pattie at all. Then we had mahi mahi that tasted like nothing and nothing had seasoning, the salads were sub par. For a bill that was 95.00 for 3 people we were not impressed at all!

Literally drove from Houston,Texas this morning just for the burgers and apps. Love love love Mugshots (totally worth the 6 hour drive)! The fried pickles are a must. PS: Someone PLEASE open a Houston or College Station location!!!

The last visit was awful. Sean the manager was great and made the errors of his staff right. The atmosphere from when we walked in the door until we left was great. Brandy the waitress was very observant to our needs at our table. The staff worked as a team this evening.

Edit- I originally gave this review 3 stars however after the management responded I decided to change it to 4 because I believe That part of good service is admitting when you’re wrong. Since the management apologized I have since upgraded the review. A sign of great management is accepting feedback from your customers and that to me is worth a lot.
My son and I got the queso and fried pickles to start, and both of us got their basic burger, though I don’t remember it’s name. We decided to sit outside which was nice because there was so much seating. The burgers were pretty good though compared to other photos, I’ve seen, I’m pretty sure we were shorted on French fries, but, the appetizers were so big that we really didn’t have any stomach room to enjoy their amazing fries.
The reason I gave the review 3 stars is because the queso was inedible. If you look at the picture, the queso was so cold that it had formed a layer on top…you literally could not dip your chip, it just broke off. Additionally, there was no salt or pepper brought to the table, nor was there sugar for my iced tea.
If we go back, and we just might because we loved the burgers, I might just skip appetizers.

Really enjoyed Mugshots, this was my first visit here. We had a large group and they took our call ahead reservation. When we arrived, they started setting up our tables and we were seated shortly after. The food was delicious, the service was prompt and courteous, our food and drinks took a moment but again, we were a large group, so it takes longer. Enjoyed the atmosphere, the only thing that I could say was aggravating was the A/C was running so cold air and it was blowing right on us and it was freezing and when it turned off, we were comfortable again. I don’t like to complain and I always bring a jacket indoors to restaurants for this reason.
The Mac N Cheese burger is HUGE! The onion rings were fantastic and the Philly cheese burger was good.
Loved the Rootbeer float my kid ordered, it is served in a tall frozen glass.
I would definitely return.
