Service is slow. Spinach and artichoke wasnt worth the $10. Table next to us didn’t like their food. So we were worried. When we got our salmon….it was amazing. The sides were awesome too. The dinner started off rough. But the salmon didn’t disappoint!!!

Our O’Charleys closed where I live. My GF and I had a gift card for here and were nearby, and I told her how much I love their Spicy Cheese Triangles, and we went for lunch around 1:30 pm. This location is near lots of other restaurants, and when we pulled into the place, there were less than 10 cars in the parking lot, but all the other restaurants nearby had what looked like nearly full parking lots. We said to ourselves this was not a good sign.
Upon entering the restaurant, you are immediately greeted with a friendly hello from the hostess and a very foul smell. Smells like sewage. It’s very noticeable to me and even my GF, who doesn’t have a very sensitive nose. The tables we were sat at were near the bar and were very sticky. The napkins with the utensils inside were damp to the touch. The inside of the lamp that was over our table had some sort of splatter inside the cover. The memorabilia on the walls was also caked in dust. There were wear patterns on the walls from chairs being brushed up against them. There were specks of crusty substances on the walls near our table, and the smell still lingered in our nostrils while we ate.
The food was cooked well and arrived quickly. The waitress was equally friendly and filled our glasses to the brim. The bread was ok, not great compared to Roadhouses, but edible. My GF got the Appetizer Sampler, which looked and tasted delicious. I got an All-American cheeseburger that was very messy but had an at home, off the grill feeling to it. Lettuce, Tomato, Dill Pickle with cheese are standard, I asked for Mayo, which was added and made the burger very messy. I got the patty medium well, which was excellent, but the Bun looked like someone sat on it. There is also no ketchup on the burger. The fries I got with my burger were a mix of small nubs and long pieces, and it felt like the bottom of the bag fries.
The Appetizer Sampler came with 4 Spicy Cheese Triangles, 3 Toddler sized Chicken Strips, 3 Potato Wedges with chives and dipping sauces, which included, sour cream.
The waitress visited us about 6X, start to finish, and we were even visited by the manager, but we were polite and did not mention the smell or the condition of the interior to her. My GF also used the facilities and said they were clean but not Buccee’s clean.
Even with a $25 gift certificate for 1 water, 1 sweet tea, 1 appetizer sampler, and 1 all-American cheeseburger, plus tip, it would cost an additional $16 at lunch.
Despite there not being a lot of people in the restaurant, they sat everyone near everyone, so there was noise.

I ordered the BLT. I ordered double bacon because the sandwich is in Texas toast and I knew I wouldn’t taste the bacon with all the bread. I didn’t receive the extra bacon. I was not angry because I understand that when you are busy, these things can happen. The waitress immediately spoke to the manager who brought me a plate of crisp bacon apologizing . It was done in a very timely fashion and was able to complete my meal with everyone else (and the sandwich was delicious). I would definitely eat here again! Excellent service!

Allie is our new go-to every visit. Exceptional service, communication, and care. Our 14 year old looked at us after her greeting the table and told us “ok, y’all better leave her a big tip.” 3 of us at the table are waiters ourselves and she knocked it out of the park. Food was excellent as always. We asked for extra honey mustard and Allie had us practically drowning in it. Just spectacular.
We did wait a while to be seated at the host stand but it was well worth the wait. The shift lead came and checked on us as well. I’m not a secret shop but they deserved a 100% after this service. Give that girl all your money.

I went there for the first time two days ago. The waitress (her name was Jenni if I recall correctly) was amazing! I had chicken tenders with her recommendation and it was delicious!! The ambience of the place is great, too. Key lime pie is also delicious, but mine was slightly frozen. I am giving 4 points because of that and the slightly sticky table that I was seated. But overall, very satisfied! Would eat there again.

My fam was in visiting and we decided to stop by O’Charley’s for sentimental purposes and had the best server ever!! Ally was so sweet and friendly! And even brought me the most amount of honey mustard which I asked for. The manager also came over and was very professional and kind. We love you Ally!

Allie is the BEST!!! So sweet and friendly, we immediately loved her! We came in while visiting our daughter at Tech for family weekend and Allie really went out of her way to make us feel welcome and taken care of. So professional. Will def visit again and ask for her!

Didn’t even make it past the door. The greeting was rude and consisted of, Are you going to the bar. She was cold and actually acted as my business wasn’t important. So I took my money and went next door where they have customer service and better food.

Restaurant only 1/4th full if that, stood for 5 minutes to be seated. Then we sat for another 20 minutes without anyone checking or table. So, Alexis, at the Christiansburg VA location, you might want to think about another field. Won’t go back.
