Placed an online order and picked it up and when I got home it was missing gravy and chili for the hashbrowns, so I went back, got the missing part of my order, came home, just to find out they made my entire order wrong. When I tried to call, so I could avoid a third trip in an hour, their phones just play a message “place your order online, we no longer take orders over the phone” and did not ring through. Honestly I’d love to get my money back but I refuse to drive back a third time just to get $22 back. The only reason I’m writing it is review is in hopes that I can actually get in contact with management

This Waffle House was exceptional very clean and the supervisor/manager was attentive and kept the work area very clean while greeting each customer that came in. Joelene the cook assistant was also very good!!!

We pass by this waffle house and our server was extremely polite, food was great!! I travel a lot around the USA and waffle house is almost everywhere. My only suggestion for waffle House is to include GF toast in the menu

Exactly what you expect from a Waffle House. Everything was as expected but a little nicer than the average Waffle House. The manager Crystal was great. Service was polite and relaxed. If you want a classic Waffle House experience, this a good one to visit.

They were so rude and acted like we didn’t speak english!!! The server was on his phone and not attentive.We asked for a waffle with peanut butter never got it till I had to send it back, asked for a cup of ice for our juice 4 times and he came with iced water. I asked for a bacon sandwich lightly toasted and it came out burnt, I had him send it back and he took all the topping off and just changed the bread, NEVER even toasted it and sent it to me cold so I refused the sandwich and asked if he didn’t understand me?! Manager never came over and just sat there and ate her food. Horrible experience‼️
