My first visit to Flavor Table was an absolute delight. I couldn’t resist the catfish and shrimp combo with grits. The catfish and shrimp were incredibly seasoned and flavorful, the best I’ve ever had. And let’s not forget the made-from-scratch biscuits—so light and delicious! Willie, is the epitome of Southern hospitality. I live in Rancho Cucamonga, but I’ll make the drive to have breakfast there sooner rather than later. Highly recommended!

I ordered the Jambalaya Scramble (w/grits and a biscuit), and the Peach Cobbler French Toast. …..and yes, I got both things for myself. Everything had a high quality to it, and the portions were more than enough. Not to mention the service was top notch. Not that big of a venue, so groups of 4-5 may have to wait longer for a table, but I walked in solo and had a cup of coffee in front of me in less than 10 minutes.

Absolutely delicious food paired with truly professional and friendly customer service. The atmosphere has great vibes, with jazz music playing in the background and a clean, welcoming space that really adds to the experience. This place is a hidden gem and definitely one to visit with a good appetite. The breakfast was outstanding, with flavors that exceeded my expectations. It’s a smaller venue, so larger groups may have a bit of a wait, but service is quick and attentive. With plenty of parking and consistently excellent food, this spot is highly recommended.

Meal was ordered to go. Sat in a waiting room but not long. Food was ready to go in a timely manner.
Food bagged, so to others be mindful on how you store bagged food in car (handle with care). Received plenty of food for two. Once home. I warmed meal back up and it was flavored and great tasting. I’m simply grateful for food on the table. Enjoy.

It’s been years since I last visited this restaurant. I had out of town guest and wanted to treat them to brunch. We were served quite fast. Our server did not introduce herself but she was attentive to our needs. We were served a proper portion of food for the price. So much food we ALL had leftovers to go. The food was delicious and served hot. No lukewarm food here. One of my out of town guest is a picky eater, but she really enjoyed her meal. The decor has a few elements of NOLA, like the vibrant paintings. Get there early for the breakfast specials.

I like that this restaurant is in the local neighborhood. It’s on Florence and 7th Street.
The restaurant atmosphere is a casual one, very welcoming and nice.
Our server was Willie, he was very kind, nice and patient, being that this was our first time at the restaurant, and had a few questions about the menu.

I ordered the chicken wing split, a.k.a. party wings, scrambled eggs with country potatoes.
My son enjoyed his chicken tenders. He said they were seasoned very well, and they were very soft and tender. He said the chicken tenders actually taste like fried catfish, the texture and flavor of the chicken tenders he offered me did taste a lot like fried catfish, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing… Lol
I think perhaps they pound out and tenderize the chicken tenders and that’s why it was so soft and large ♀️
My chicken wing split a.k.a. it party wings with scrambled eggs and country potatoes were season very well.
My biggest complaint were the fact that they were party wings and not whole chicken wings and that they were small party wings at that, I would rather have two or three good size normal chicken wings, than to have six party wings.
The scramble eggs were cooked very nicely, and had a little bit of salt in them so they didn’t taste absolutely plain, the country potatoes were slightly seasoned, and they were cooked softly all the way through. I just wish they were cut more uniformed, but I guess that just let you know that they were probably peeled and cut by hand.
They don’t serve any fountain drinks there, they do have canned soda and a variety of lemonade, orange juice, apple juice, and bottled water to choose from .
Overall, my son really enjoyed his meal and I enjoyed mine, despite the fact of the party wings… Lol
I would definitely go back and patronize this local restaurant again, I look forward to trying other things on the menu and hopefully the restaurant will eventually change to regular chicken wings if enough people say something.
