my order is seemingly impossible to get right. i am so sick and tired of coming back to comp the same item over and over again. it must require moving mountains to add beef and jalapeño to a cheesy bean and rice burrito. it seems to be against the laws of physics. i have called in and tried to rectify this with the store at least 4 different times now. even when they are ATTEMPTING TO FIX THE MISTAKE, THEY STILL MESS UP THE ORDER. i really do not want to have to go back to that kitchen and stand over those poor kids being paid minimum wage to wait on my Karen-esque BS. i’m just so sick and tired of trying to deal with this and fight with this team. i have over 30,000 points on my taco bell app. i have ate there so much, it really feels bad to have gotten so burned recently. i miss taco bell and i crave it often. i really wish i could order food and eat here without worrying about if my food is right or what kind of scene i will have to make or phone calls i will have to place to make things right. i should be able to just get my burrito. it’s just a cheesy bean and rice burrito, add beef and jalapeño. i don’t think it should be so difficult.

Highly understaffed at later hours. Been sitting in line for about 20 minutes and have moved one car. Absolutely ridiculous.
And for take out orders such as DoorDash/ UberEats or any delivery service I would recommend declining orders because you have to sit in the line after 11pm.

WARNING!!!!DONT EAT AT THIS TACO BELL!! I ordered 5 crunchy tacos last night via door dash 5/16/24 around 2 a.m. and I’ve never seen nothing like this. I asked for no lettuce they put a lil spec of meat in my taco. It really felt like my money was stolen from me. With food prices going up businesses treating customers like this shouldn’t be in business n whoever made my tacos shouldn’t have a job because obviously they don’t care at all!! Save your money time n frustration and just go somewhere else.

They forgot 2 things which could have been a simple fix. asked for a receipt which was not a problem but a younger man with arms skinner than my 5 month old son didn’t ask for the receipt. He said “ I wrapped it and made it all special for you”. He probably spit in it so I threw it away. Everything was made sloppy and they put so much lettuce on everything they might as well call it a vegan wrap.

They are always super friendly when I come in, most the time the food is great. However every single time I go there my quesadillas are mostly tortilla, barely anything else that comes in a quesadilla! So just a warning if you want a quesadilla.

I eat here quite frequently. It’s a pretty decent Taco Bell with a really enthusiastic staff. I’m taking off a star, though, because of my specific online ordering experience today. I ordered around 2:00 and order to be ready at 5:15, but they just started making it when I walked in at 5:18, so I didn’t walk out with it until 5:31, one minute after the event I was taking it to had started, so I was late. The plus is they notated our special-order items well and packaged it up nicely! Just a little frustrated that they made me late.
