Beautiful restaurant, great atmosphere, great food portions, good background music and the best 17 waitress who was very catering and respectful. I gave 4 stars because the fajita marinade that was on my meat was too tangy for me. Their piña colada’s are ok but not the best. Their version of a Long Island ice tea tastes and looks more like an Amarillo sour. My Husband ordered their large Tex-Mex burrito. It was delicious and they have the best fresh salsa. Food timing was great. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and I will return to try something different.

Lupe’s has several locations all around the Houston area. They are generally a well run group that provides good training for a relatively consistent experience with service and food. This location is not the best, having struggled a bit since COVID. But they are getting better, and a solid choice in the Sienna area.
The margaritas are good… The skinny margarita is a good balance of not being too sweet.
You will get a good traditional Tex Mex experience here, complete with the decor and music.

On top of our rude server, some of our group’s food was not good. The lobster tacos were charred to oblivion. Our server only checked on us right before the food came out, never gave us any water refills or anything, and very rudely asked about the tips we left him.
