From the moment entering the restaurant it was a 10 star. Scarlett was such a gracious hostess. Sat us at a table that was perfect… Carly was the best server, knowledgeable and helpful for drinks ideas. Robin made sure that everything was perfect. I could not have asked for a better experience. It was my first time here after a friend suggested this restaurant. We sat inside as it’ll get hot around noon. The restaurant has the old farm house feel to it (loved it). The food was good, I didn’t order any drinks but my friends did and they liked it. The waitress was very attentive, came by several times to check on us and refill our water jug.
The only downside was that it’s a busy part of the block (many restaurants and cafes in the area) so the parking was not easy to find especially in the peak hours.

We were here for lunch because we were attracted by the photos we saw in the reviews, both burgers and pancakes looked great! When we arrived we were greeted by the very attentive and very kind staff, when we ordered we were supported and the result was super satisfactory! my pancakes were incredible, i came from italy and this was my first meal in the USA and i all i wanted to try first were pancake, i couldn’t desire better ones also the burgers were delicious, not to mention the incredible fries. we recommend this super place!

Came here for brunch with a friend. The place is always busy, with a great atmosphere.
The servers are friendly and awesome.
We enjoyed the food, but the drink we ordered, ‘Because Adulting is Hard’ was truly amazing! It is an iced coffee drink with bourbon and a bourbon whipped cream topping. I tried the whipped cream, delicious. Mixed the whipped cream into the coffee- AMAZING! I would like to go back, just for that coffee!

Really impressed by the vibe and kindness of the staff here. Food and drinks were top notch. Can’t say enough good things about this spot. The owner even comped our meal because it took so long as they were short staffed that day due to it being Valentine’s Day. We all really appreciated the gesture and will definitely be back!

Has great new Happy Hour times and offerings. Long bar is all wooden and makes for great spot 2 watch sports and enjoy beer, cocktail , or delicious meal w/ Friends & Family.
Cuisine is defly their own incredible style in all the most tasty of ways! Fav is Candied Pork Belly and the Shrimp & grits.
Menu is outstanding. Make sure 2 save room fore dessert.
Bar section is always a hoot! #RODS Bar Staff is stupendous! Please Enjoy Safely.

The menu consists of delicious bar snacks, small plates, and main dishes, as well as specialty cocktails and an impressive wine list. The food is wonderfully prepared and the staff is attentive and friendly. Service is quick and efficient, and the atmosphere is upbeat and inviting. The bar scene can get “interesting” late at night, making it a great place to meet up with friends and share stories over drinks. Ride/Drive Safely. Even have lockers for private tequila. scotch, beer, cigars, & more.
Bar is an experience. Privilege to find so many stellar beers and even more epic cocktails. The whiskey selection is beyond words…plus so many options and flights of (tequila 2 with Cruz Azul black even) tastings. Bartenders are so friendly and fun… extremely competent w/ classics/oldies and even make original drinks often w/ contemporary fare.
Prices are pretty good considering portions and extremely unique menu, & fact Chefs are trained very well and are open to making You happy & satisfied. Bar is ran same way but customers are alil more fun for some reason…lol
Birdcages in front are so unique we enjoy showing them off to friends.
So If you’re looking for a great dinner spot in City of Orange Historical Plaza District Highly Recommend Bosscat Kitchen & Libations 4 any occasion. Totally worth checking out. People watching is wonderful inside or on the huge open patio. Among best in Old Towne Orange!

That pork belly with kimchi appetizer is amazing. Perfect flavor and combination. The baked chicken with fried skin dish is spot on. Great with the wild rice. Chicken was moist and skin being crispy. 24 hour short rib is the perfect comfort food.
Make sure you make dessert- fried apple pie!!! Our server – Charisse is totally amazing. Great vibe!!! Lots of ample street parking.

My chilaquiles were cold. I told the waiter and he removed my plate before I could say anything else. He did bring out another hot plate, but I don’t want it at that point since my wife and I shared her meal. Ended up just feeling rushed for an overpriced meal, which is a shame given how good Bosscat in Irvine is; I’ve scheduled several business meals there before and have always gotten excellent food and service. Don’t plan to return to the Orange branch, and you shouldn’t give it a shot either, go to Snooze or Urth instead.
