Busy when I walked in. The line was as expected for this location. I asked for my chicken to be grilled a little more to my preference. Thank you for getting my order to my expectations with patience, Alejandro. This is my first time at this location and I’d definitely come again. Even though it got busy they pushed through the rush but more smiles will light up this location.

I’ve waited few days to comment on the unpleasant visit that ensued…Mngrs looked at me as if I was unhinged as I tried explaining & showing,with this post- review, about my return from dismal-messy 1st experience They’d invited me for!
Mean spirited and dismissive management! – “I’m on break! Talk with the cashier!”
I won’t say that of the staff thank goodness although I had to leave as my frustration grew hotter than their spices!
If I eat, it most hopefully won’t be This location!

Google Maps says they close at 11:30, and I went in at 9:30 to order. However, I found that they had already started cleaning and did not allow dining inside, so I had to eat outside. Just as I started eating, someone came out and told me to leave. On top of that, the chicken was soft and mushy, which was really disgusting. My only advice is: choose another place for your lunch or dinner.

Worst POLLO LOCO ever , I order a Classic Chicken Todtada Salad and when I almost finish I found a screw at the bottom of it ,WTH , and when called they refuse to let me talk to the manager, telling me she was busy. I was extremely upset , I could had ate the screw, this will be the last time I would ever go to the Pollo Loco . Please check your food before eating there . Bad customer service.

The employees are not nice and are inexperienced, I always order the same food and the double chicken bowl by itself and sometimes they charge me $12 and sometimes they charge me $20 for the exact same order, you guys have to make sure the employees are not taking the money for themselves and also today in the double chicken bowl there was hardly any chicken after paying $18, worst service, never coming back ever.

One of the hardest working people I’ve ever seen. Menu and prices are well deserved and definitely something I’d pay for. These people not only have good service they are also on-top of their food quality and even have options for all classes. If you have a snap card they accept it here. If you want a inexpensive snack their chips and guac are good. The drinks are pricy but the quality of the soda is good. Super convenient to have this pollo loco in a shopping plaza.

we order burritos without chicken and every-time it has chicken. When we go back to change the burrito they are rude and don’t accept there mistake . People working there don’t understand the concept of someone being vegetarian sine birth they act like it’s nothing wrong if someone bite into chicken even they never had chicken since birth.
